He’s also a skilled playmaker for his teammates and a strong defender. He’ll play his college ball at North Florida.

Watkins was fantastic as a junior for the Falcons, helping lead them to their first state tournament. A lightning-quick guard who always plays under control, he’s a highly efficient three-level scorer who knows how to get to his spots both off the dribble and off-ball movement. He put up 21.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.2 steals a game on 51-42-77 shooting splits while serving as the team’s vocal leader.
