of Hamlin, both rise up the board. Both point guards are coming off of state titles. Both point guards move up one spot in a tight top 6. Talley becomes the #2 ranked prospect and Neuendorf landing at #5. The two guards are moved up because I just believe they're going to be able to impact a game more at the next level, with their heavy usage and ability to dictate a game with the ball in their hands often. Talley will be playing at Augustana University and Head Coach Cody Schilling next year, while Neuendorf is taking his talents to Briar Cliff University.
