About Frazell: As he showed throughout the Go-Hawks run to a 3A runner-up finish last season, Frazell is a matchup nightmare with his size and shooting ability. He's one of the purest shooters in the state, with a quick trigger off the catch, which he pairs with great off-ball movement to find spaces in the defense to get his shot off. He largely operated without the ball in his hands as a junior on a loaded WSR team, and he'll have the ball in his hands a ton as a senior.

Why he can win Mr. Basketball: Frazell was electric in his one half of play at the Winterset Shootout back in June, and if that play was any indication, there is a legitimate chance that he leads the state in scoring this season. After getting his name known around the state with his elite shooting as a junior, if he's able to carry that momentum into averaging 25-30 points a game as a senior while maintaining his fantastic splits, he'll have to be seen as a real candidate.
