15 Prospects I’m Looking Forward to Evaluating This Season

We are looking forward to seeing how his game has evolved as we didn't get to see him during the grassroots season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2321397' first='TJ' last='Seals'] (Johnson Prep – 2025)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Seals is a strong bodied wing that plays at a smaller school in Chicago.&nbsp; He has been on our radar for several years, but now it is time to turn it up a notch as a senior.&nbsp; Should post big numbers as the man against lower level competition!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2442145' first='Ian' last='Polonowski'] (Lyons – 2025)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Polonowski is a prospect that we have been fans of since the spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2078374' first='Full' last='Package'] where he lit up the nets!&nbsp; Shooters at 6'7” like him are very rare.&nbsp; Want to see if he adds more to his game and can showcase it as a senior which will help boost his college stock.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1553123' first='Christian' last='Cummings'] (Rockford Christian – 2025)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cummings is a lead guard that every time we have seen him during his career has impressed as a scoring force at the point.&nbsp; We didn't get to see him over the summer so are excited to get a fresh eval.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2494146' first='AJ' last='Morgan'] (Vernon Hills – 2025)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Morgan caught the eye of Steve Parham at a recent event with his above the rim athleticism and upside.&nbsp; From the clips I saw he is definitely intriguing.&nbsp; Want to see him in a full game setting to get a better feel for his overall game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2538879' first='Mason' last='Neumann'] (Chatham Glenwood – 2025)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is another prospect that a member of our staff Craig Harbaugh saw over the summer that caught his attention that I have yet to see.&nbsp; Floor spacing big man that brings some athletic pop.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2376270' first='Semaj' last='Stampley'] (Alton – 2026)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There is a lot of buzz around Stampley heading into the season as possibly taking Alton from the bottom of the Southwestern Conference to the top.&nbsp; He is a pure bucket getter that can light it up.&nbsp; Want to see how his overall floor game continues to come along and if he can elevate his team to new heights!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2617392' first='Jaali' last='Love'] (Waukegan – 2026)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Love made the move from Manley to Waukegan.&nbsp; That is a pretty sizeable jump in school size to say the least.&nbsp; The long and rangy four man has all the tools you could ask for with his bounce, length, and explosiveness.&nbsp; High-motor and has emerging face up game.&nbsp; We want to see how it translates against a higher level of competition.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1790001' first='Eddie' last='Smajic'] (Columbia – 2026)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Smajic is moving across state lines to Columbia after two years at Vianney.&nbsp; Sharp shooting wing that has deep range, good strength, and solid athleticism.&nbsp; We saw him with Gateway, but want to see him a couple times in a high school setting to see where he stacks up in a cluster of 2026 wings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1845353' first='Amir' last='Danforth'] (Rockford Auburn – 2026)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Danforth is a prospect we haven't seen since last season.&nbsp; He is a two guard that can score with the long ball, in the open floor, and brings it on the defensive end.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2617454' first='Simereon' last='Carter'] (Waukegan – 2026)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Carter is a player we hadn't seen before a breakout performance at the Prep Hoops EXPO this fall.&nbsp; The do it all wing showed he could score along with impacting the game in a number of ways.&nbsp; Let's see how it translates to the high school level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1845359' first='Keison' last='Peoples'] (Bismark-Henning Rossville-Alvin – 2026)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Peoples has been on the radar for a while, but we didn't get to see him over the summer.&nbsp; He is a skilled guard with slick handles and a good passing feel.&nbsp; Against a lower level of competition we want to see him dominate as a junior!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2323613' first='Demarco' last='King'] (TF North – 2027)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>King is a prospect that Parham has seen quite a bit of, but I am still getting familiar with his game.&nbsp; He will have a showcase opportunity in December at [program_tooltip program_id='2078408' first='Team' last='Rose'] against Curie to show what he can do.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2323677' first='Camron' last='Dunson-Riggs'] (Bloomington – 2027)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Dunson-Riggs was hyped out of middle school as being one of the top prospects in the class.&nbsp; He has been difficult to find not playing much last season and we only got to evaluate him once in person in July were he was just ok.&nbsp; The tools are there, and he is still young so we are looking forward to seeing how he progresses.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2323620' first='Edward' last='Stasys'] (Benet – 2027)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Quite simply he was hurt this summer and we weren't able to see this talented Benet big man.&nbsp; Not sure how many minutes he will get on a loaded Benet squad, but we are intrigued with what we have seen early in the process.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
