[player_tooltip player_id='2617620' first='Konnor' last='Kralik'] was the best prospect in the gym on Saturday morning during our Showcase for several different reasons. Kralik comes in at 6'6, he is a natural shooter with a picture perfect shot form, he has a handle that can beat pressure in all different forms, he has impressive athletic ability, and he understands what to do - when. Situational awareness is a major key to success if you want to compete at the highest level and Kralik demonstrated that all day long. Prior to this event, there were only a handful of schools in the running for his recruitment but since, several more have stepped up to look at him and potentially offer. I would be shocked if Kralik didn't compete at the D2 level or even higher following his high school career. He checks off a lot of boxes that others do not.

You want to talk about a 6'4 problem for opponents? Look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='2617630' first='Zavier' last='Mitchell'] of Alma High School. Mitchell is someone else that possesses the size, skill, and athletic ability that all coaches love to see, no matter the age level. Other than his physical prowess, Mitchell displayed that he has a nice touch on the ball, he isn't about forcing unneeded action, and he can be moved around to a few different positions while still yielding positive results. I'm not sure what interest Mitchell has from the next level just yet but he would definitely be someone that I would look into if I was a collegiate coach. He was clearly a top prospect in the gym this weekend and I'm sure that will continue on for his next two seasons of high school ball as well.

"Hand down, man down." This is a phrase you hear in the basketball world, referring to when someone on defense closes out on a three-point shooter without their hands up. Usually that situation leads to a wide-open jumper and that is what we are referring to. In this situation, you better have a hand up on [player_tooltip player_id='2617608' first='Garrison' last='Bowhay'] at all times because if he see's one go in the basket from distance early on, then it's going to be a long night for his opponent. During our Showcase, to start things off you could tell immediately that Bowhay was a shooter but to what extent was the real question. Well, once 5v5 starter, Bowhay flipped the switch and was automatic from deep. Hitting several shots from distance in each contest he participated in. There is even more ability that he brings to the table than just this but by far, shooting the ball from long distances is where he thrives. He was one of the best shooters in the gym on the day and there is not question about it.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617628' first='Vincent' last='Kwasa'] of Millard North High School wasn't the most skilled prospect on the floor throughout our event but he was certainly the best at communicating, while trying to understand each situation. If Kwasa ever had a question, he came up to a coach and would ask what's up. Not to mention, no matter what drill we were doing, he was hyping up his teammates and trying to be a positive source of energy. You'll hear coaches say, "energy is contagious." In Vincent's case, that couldn't be more true and when it comes to the skill side of the game, he is just as solid. He doesn't hurt his team with bad mistakes and is usually good at picking his spots on both ends of the floor. I'd say right now he stands around 5'5/5'6, so if he continues to add onto his play-style and he grows a little bit more, he is going to be a serious problem in the near future.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617614' first='Jayden' last='Roland'] falls into this article because of his game-play on Saturday morning and his future potential moving forward. Roland is a 6'1/6'2 CG/SF, that moves well. As he is only into his Freshman year, it's not crazy to think that he is going to turn into a beast on the hardwood before you know it. He is a prospect that competes with the fundamentals of the game, usually off of two feet, and he may only stand at 6'1 currently but he seems to have lengthier arms. Once he grows a few more inches, he is going to be able to shoot and score over most others who try to get in his way at the high school level. He already showed his thorough scoring ability during this event at his current height, so just wait until he hits 6'3-6'4. Either way. Even if he doesn't get to that height, I have a feeling that this is someone most will know out of Nebraska by the time he becomes an upperclassman.

An individual that brought great energy, crafty play, and smooth moves to the court this weekend was [player_tooltip player_id='2617603' first='Antonio' last='Carson Jr'] of Omaha -Benson High School. Carson Jr. registers in a 5'10, he has muscle mass to pair along with his height, and his play-style is consistent. Offensively, he is someone that can get to the rim off the dribble if need be, he can pull up and hit a nice jump shot, or he can create for others around him. Defensively, he uses his aggression to his advantage and does a good job at staying in front of his matchup. All in all, Carson Jr. does some really good things on both sides of the ball and that stood out over most during Saturday's event.
