Rankings Review: The Class of 2027 Top Ten

Of all of the classes in Louisiana, the 2027 class is one that is supremely talented. There are preps at every classification that comprise this latest ranking. The top ten is representative of that diversity. While he is the top player in his class, he is also ranked by other national services because of his play. Jamison can play the point and operate off the ball as well. Going into his sophomore season, he is looking to lead his team to a state title. Hudson is a player who can face up or play with his back to the basket. When he is in transition, it is highlight time. On defense, his defense of the paint and rim leads to transition situations as well. He is also a player who can switch and defend anyone. He can put the ball in the hole in an assortment of ways. Garner is a three level scorer who exudes confidence on the offensive end. Elijah can drive left or right, shoot from three, and score in transition. The way he scores looks effortless. If he is not the best shooter in all classes, he is pretty close. Parker can pull up from three, find spots to elevate in the mid-range, or spot up on the wing. He is not a one trick pony either. Parker can probe in the half court and find players in scoring position.
