We dive into the positional rankings. We first look at the point guards for the junior class.

All 8 have offers or are receiving heavy D1 interest.

[player_tooltip player_id='1323290' first='Mason' last='Magee'] Basha

The top "true" PG in the West in my opinion and in the state. His speed and athleticism are unmatched and will make players around him better plus score with dunks, pull-ups and speed dribble drives. His defense is suffocating as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1464982' first='Miles' last='Sadler'] Bella Vista Prep

Another top "true" PG in the West is Sadler. His athleticism has kicked in this season and he sprays the ball around like you should. He has the ball on a string and his three point stroke is vastly improved in the last year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1463230' first='Tyus' last='Thomas'] Desert Vista

Another needle threader is one of the better real point guards in the West with the transfer from Las Vegas Liberty HS. He is the younger brother of superstar Dedan Thomas and is tough, strong and skilled. He shoots it from the perimeter and sees plays happening quickly.

[player_tooltip player_id='1490240' first='Colton' last='Watson'] Sandra Day O'Connor

One of the biggest point guards in the class or West. The ball is in his hands and he seems to always make the correct read with drive and kicks, up the court ropes and needle threaders. He scores downhill with his size and can shoot it.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150901' first='John' last='Mattingly'] Central

The top scorer on the list from the position transferred to join his brother at 5A Central. He will be asked to lead the Bobcats immediately. He has one of the best paces to the game and shoots it from mid to the three and plays at his own speed.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591734' first='TJ' last='Harris'] Liberty

A dynamic and quick scoring lead guard. He has incredible speed with or without the ball. He scores it so easily with pull-ups and blow by bursts with his electric first step. He made the transfer to 6A Liberty from 4A Paradise Honors.

[player_tooltip player_id='1490239' first='Daylen' last='Sharper'] Brophy Prep

A big and strong lead guard is a two-sport star. He already holds Power-5 offers for football and offers for basketball. He uses his great size to get downhill and can shoot the three. He plays the right way and will defend on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1900362' first='Colby' last='Jessup'] Valley Christian

A bigger point guard is probably not done growing. He is one of the better shooters on the list if not the best. He shoots it with deep range and gets it out of his hands quickly. His game IQ is close to elite and has savvy to know when to make a play or score.
