Fletcher recently committed to Navy and after watching him play against Kingsway Regional this weekend, we believe he should have an immediate impact for the Midshipmen. Fletcher scored at all three levels, distributed, and cleaned the glass. His ability to grab a defensive rebound, get downhill and then push the fast break for a score or an assist was impressive. Fletcher also displayed tremendous primary ball handler skills. He patiently probed the defense to find high percentage scoring opportunities.

Lyren's smooth point guard skills were on full display at the Big 64. His dribble drive moves consistently got him into the paint for floaters and lay-ins. On the rare occasion where the defense was able to cut him off, Lyren executed kick out passes or dropped a dime to a teammate cutting to the rack. Lyren scored and distributed in the open court too. As a bonus to his off the dribble as well as transition skills, Lyren is a highly accurate 3-point shooter.

Sutton has an elite skill set and plays with a level of composure that is well beyond his years. At the Big 64, Sutton did a fantastic job of striking a balance between scoring the ball and getting his teammates involved. Sutton appears to have quickly developed good chemistry with the Roman lineup which means they are headed for a monster season. The transition scoring and passing skills Sutton displayed were outstanding. In the half-court Sutton produce points on straight line drives as well as attacks on the rim where he changed directions multiple times. Sutton also sprinkled in a few threes.

In our preview of the Big 64, we named Walker as a player to watch this weekend. The athletic and instinctive forward made us look good by playing outstanding ball. Walker was extremely impressive this weekend because his offensive game was extraordinarily efficient. He ran the floor and finished fast breaks with authority. He crashed the offensive glass for put back dunks. He dove to the rim from the elbows, hauled in passes and then flushed on defender's heads. Finally, Walker worked in pick-n-rolls and slammed home alley-oops out of those sets. At the other end of the court, Walker provided elite shot blocking on the back end for the Moose.
