He’s a confident shot-maker who can knock it down off the dribble and from beyond the arc, making him a constant scoring threat. Young is a skilled lefty guard with a strong handle and feel for the game. He changes speeds effectively to create separation, has a good burst to get by defenders, and is a solid perimeter shot maker with range beyond the arc. His ability to control pace and generate offense makes him a reliable backcourt option.

-Played within himself, defended well on the ball, sprinted back defensively and filled the wing in transition offensively. Took it upon himself to find open teammates, playing unselfish and moving the ball before screening/cutting effectively off of it. Didn’t take a ton of shots in 5 on 5 but was efficient in 3 on 3 play.
