Martin is off to an impressive start in the Capitol Hoops Summer League, recording a double-double in a victory last week while showcasing the skill and physicality that make him an effective frontcourt presence. A strong, fundamentally sound post player, he has a high basketball IQ and consistently plays within his strengths. Martin has good hands and polished footwork on the block, allowing him to establish position and score efficiently around the basket. He is comfortable operating with his back to the rim and has the touch to finish through contact in the paint. Beyond his scoring ability, Martin makes a significant impact on the glass, rebounding aggressively at both ends of the floor.
