Naas Griffin | 6’5 G | 2026
Naas exploded early with 11 first-quarter points and 23 in the first half, finishing with 34. Griffin is one of the most dangerous players in NorCal with a live dribble. When he catches the ball in triple threat, his shooting ability, athleticism, and shot creation force defenses to load up and often double him.
One sequence summed up his night. Griffin inbounded the ball to an already doubled Kaden Gibbs. The pass was thrown high, Gibbs jumps up and tips the ball back mid-air, and Naas jumps up and finishes the play with a layup. The two showed great awareness, instinct, and execution.
Griffin scored 56 points across two playoff games this week. When he gets rolling, he is tough to contain.

is one of the best athletes in the state. He’s electric in transition, a true high flyer who can change momentum with one play. Griffin is also a good three-point shooter and an elite on-ball defender, with the ability to guard three to four positions at the next level. He’s comes from a great program, well coached and adaptable, he’s the type of guard who can fit into almost any system and raise a team’s ceiling.

Naas Griffin | 6’5 W | 2026
Naas Griffin checks a lot of boxes. He finished with 20 points and four made threes, showing his ability to score from the perimeter while still being one of the most explosive athletes on the floor. The highlight of the night was a dunk from outside the key that reminded everyone just how special of an athlete he is.
What is an unappreciated part of his game is his touch from the outside. Defenses can’t just play him to drive—he’ll make you pay from deep if you give him space.

, and 6’5 Naas Griffin — and the trio delivered, combining for at least nine dunks and dominating the paint on both ends. They had a dunk party and block party not inviting anyone else. Their length, bounce, and activity completely changed the game’s tempo and physicality.
Naas Griffin had one of the defining plays of the matchup. His emphatic block, which he sent the ball nearly into the stands — came with the score at 51–53 and shifted momentum instantly for good. O’Dowd responded with a 12–1 run midway through the fourth, and Griffin’s energy was at the center of it.
Griffin showcased excellent help-side instincts, strong on-ball defense, and the ability to jump passing lanes. Offensively, he attacked the rim with force and let us know that he has a soft touch from the perimeter. His combination of athleticism, timing, and defensive versatility made him one of the key difference-makers in O’Dowd’s win.

He’s a solid body, strong shooting guard. He gets to his spots for mid-range, and paint jumpers. He’ll finish around the basket in traffic. He’s a good rebounding guard at 6’3. He’ll finish strong going to the basket in transition. He can defend in the paint, and on the perimeter.
