There were a ton of changes to the 2026 rankings, including a new player in the top spot. This class update also includes eight new additions. Here's our new #1 and four of the newcomers:

#1 [player_tooltip player_id='2370950' first='Larry' last='Duncan'] | 6'5 W Caravel

At every turn this grassroots season, Duncan has used his physical tools and explosive athletic ability to dominate games on defense and be Cecil Strive's engine on offense. He's a wing who has to play the five, but that doesn't stop him from making impact plays away from the paint. Duncan can get big block on one end, then, on the following offensive possession, finish above the rim or hit a deep three. For that, he's the new #1.

New Additions

#11 [player_tooltip player_id='2375188' first='Logan' last='Shaw'] | 6'4 W Smyrna

Shaw's three-point and mid-range shooting have already been documented. He can get his own shot at the second level if his long ball isn't there. But he can also defend. Shaw has shown the lateral mobility to slide with other wings and some guards. He's more of a two-way player than initially realized.

#21 [player_tooltip player_id='2450817' first='Marcel' last='Ramirez'] | 6'0 G Conrad

The Wolves rising junior has a ratchet. His jumper is good from three, whether he's spotting up, coming off of a screen, or stepping back. Ramirez also understands when to use it. His teammates will feed him catch-and-shoot opportunities when he has the hot hand and he will take them. But Ramirez is conscious of when he is cold and will make the extra pass when someone else has a better look.

#24 [player_tooltip player_id='2452096' first='Ajani' last='Stewart'] | 6'2 G St. Mark's

A true “shooting guard” who was on JV last season, Stewart made his way into the rankings with his performances at grassroots events. He was effective at attacking tilted defenses by relocating into open space for threes and playing off of closeouts. When Stewart got all the way to the basket, he finished with either hand. Other times, the junior off-ball player cut into open space for mid-range jumpers.

#26 [player_tooltip player_id='2375193' first='Braxton' last='Figgs'] | 6'7 C Cape Henlopen

Playing behind two of our Top 10 bigs on Delaware Certified Hoopers 16U ([player_tooltip player_id='2352449' first='Alassan' last='N'Diaye'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2352455' first='Tarrance' last='Williams']), Figgs isn't featured. However, he does complement and enhance what his team can do. Figgs is a stretch five who can really knock down shots from deep. He's also a strong-side rim-protector, a skillset that translates from his kills and blocks on the volleyball court.
