The updated 2027 South Dakota rankings are live on the site! There are a total of 160 prospects listed and Prep Hoops Dakotas has the top 10 listed below.
The 2027 class is a very deep class, in which I see a good amount of college level prospects compared to more recent South Dakota classes.

College coaches very much so look at length, so I went with length and upside as a final determinant in the top prospects. The prospects are ranked on how they project going forward as college players and not how they are currently performing at the high school level.
Also note, more time and effort was spent on the top 30-40 prospects, so after that the prospect rankings will drastically change in the coming years.
