There really isn’t much to dislike about Ajonic’s game and the style of play he brings to the table. He caught my eye earlier this Spring playing with his Fundamental squad and the 6’7 physical big from St. Pats continued to impress over the weekend long haul leading team to an undefeated 4-0 mark. Omar endures the physicality play beneath and will bang off defenders to out hustle. He rim rims consistently keeping pace with guards while working well in team’s transition phase. His skilled hands and footwork were evident as he caught it on the short corner and made a 1 dribble drive and score, quickly made a back door cut for a 2 handed slam off of 2 feet, and made a catch on the hash for a spin move then finish in heavy traffic. Also spread the floor out for a catch and shoot 3 in sound rhythm. Overall Ajanovic brings a big competitive advantage to help team win in multiple phases of game.

Saw this St. Pats big man in back to back games and liked what we saw.  Tough, skilled, and rugged big man.  Rebounds well in his area, gets on the offensive glass, and plays physical through contact.  High-motor post had pick/roll dunks, duck ins by defenders, along with stretching the floor with his shooting.

A strong forward who brings a physical inside post presence. Ajanovic endures the physicality that the game presents. Offensively is confident in attacking baseline or middle off the bounce through traffic while converting over more height. Runs the floor well at size and position. Will play above the rim and can handle and push off of defensive rebounds to initiate the break. Provides floor spacing with catch and shoot 3 opportunities. Defensively can guard beyond the arc. Brings energy and competitiveness with a winners attitude.
