Tulsa, Oral Roberts, Oklahoma State, and Florida International have each extended an offer to the 6'7″ Power Forward. This summer Chargois averaged 8.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1 block per game with Athletes First in the Nike EYBL.
Prep Hoops Oklahoma learned Thursday afternoon Chargois plans to visit Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Tulsa on unofficial visits this fall.
Out of state schools that have been showing heavy interest in Chargois are Wake Forest and Rice.
Chargois has high goals for the upcoming high school season with the Union Redskins. The combination of Chargois and 2017 Forward Adrian Rodriguez could prove to be lethal.
“My individual goal for next year is to average 25 points and 15 rebounds every game,” said Chargois.
Growing up Chargois saw the 2012 Union squad go 29-0 winning the Class 6A Gold Ball under Head Coach Rudy Garcia. With many weapons returning around Chargois has one team goal.
“Win the State Championship,” said Chargois.
The task will be daunting with West Side opponents Mustang, Norman North, and others standing in the way. However, if there is an East Side team to contend with the powers in the West it is Union.
The recruitment of Chargois should continue to pick up as the year goes along. Stay with Prep Hoops Oklahoma for the latest recruiting news in Oklahoma.
