Harpring brought value as a screen setter, setting up guards with openings with physical screens. Bringing a strong frame at roughly 6’7, the forward was comfortable scoring through contact, getting plenty of looks out of the roll. From the mid and high post, Harpring found repeated success as a passer, hitting cutters or the open guy on the weak side. His face-up game is an area he has shown improvement with throughout the summer, bringing an intriguing skillset for his size.

Harpring is set to take on a much larger role at Legacy, following multiple key departures. A physically imposing forward who shows upside as a spot-up shooter and intriguing post scoring option, the forward will have ample opportunities to boost his stock this season. Playing a key role in Legacy’s defensive rebounding production, Harpring’s recent production throughout June has shown plenty of optimism towards his long term upside. The 230+ pound bruiser follows a steady junior year at Legacy, posting 10.4 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.

Often getting to post hooks down low, Harpring looked to leverage his strength around the basket whenever available. A physically imposing forward, he will be a key contributor at Legacy, following the departure of multiple key shotmakers. Another area of intrigue has been his floor spacing, capable of letting shots fly off the catch.
