Team 1848 is capable of playing some strong basketball and has already done so this spring. The game with 24: UP UA Rise got away from Dorgu and Co. early, but that didn’t stop Dorgu from flashing some of his vast potential. An athletic 6-foot-6 forward who finishes well on either side of the hoop. Dorgu rebounds and defenders near the basket, runs th court and gives good effort each time he steps onto the court. Equally important, he plays within himself on offense and doesn’t try to do too much. A solid player with a nice upside as he continues to develop his skills.

Carson didn’t have his best night finishing the ball, but still showed his raw potential that makes him an intriguing prospect moving forward. Standing at 6’6 with a long wingspan, Carson is a quick leaper who can get off the floor in a hurry to snatch rebounds, and is a constant threat to step in and finish off a bounce pass or lob from the dunker spot. Has the coordination and body control to adjust in mid-air and finish in traffic, or throw down a powerful two handed dunk. Defensively his length allows him to adjust shots inside, and he has decent mobility to move his feet when switched out on the perimeter.
