Amari McCottry Amari McCottry 6'5" | SF St. Thomas More | 2024 State #304 Nation WI — SF — St. Thomas More
MCottry has long been one of the most talented prospects in the state. The small forward is uber-skilled in the open court. He pairs elite athleticism with elite skill to torture opposing defenders. Coming off a state championship, I am certain that McCottry’s game will translate perfectly at the college level.
Sekou Konneh Sekou Konneh 6'6" | SF St. Thomas More | 2024 State WI — PF — St. Thomas More
Konneh is a two-way power forward that is just as good (if not better) on the defensive side of the court when compared to the offensive end. Konneh is a dominant rebounder and rim protector. He does an excellent job using his 6-foot-9 frame and elite athleticism to make certain that opposing offensive players think twice when they attack the rim.
Cody Schmitz Cody Schmitz 6'4" | SG Gale Ettrick-Trempeleau | 2024 State WI — SG — Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau
Schmitz had a tremendous high school career. The GET shooting guard consistently dazzled spectators with his versatile and dynamic scoring ability. The SG owns great size and basketball IQ. I really like how he attacks opposing defenders. Depending on the matchup, Schmitz can either use his size around the hoop or space the floor and attack from beyond the arc. At the college level, I expect Schmitz to score a whole bunch of points, just like he did in high school.
Will Murray Will Murray 6'7" | SF Darlington | 2024 State WI — SF — Darlington
With great size, skill, basketball IQ, and effort on both ends, it is hard to see why college programs haven’t jumped all over Murray’s talent. However, the small forward’s time is no doubt coming. Murray rebounds, scores opportunistically, and will always make the right basketball play.
Connor Roffers Connor Roffers 6'5" | SG Burlington | 2024 State WI — SF — Burlington
At the college level, positional size and three-point shooting are extremely sought after. Burlington’s Roffers has both of these attributes. The small forward is a flamethrower from downtown and also stands at around 6-foot-4 or 6-foot-5. With this frame and skillset, Roffers potential is high. In college, I look for Roffers to be an excellent off ball scorer who can space the floor and open up opportunities for teammates.
Aidan Konop Aidan Konop 6'2" | SG Sussex Hamilton | 2024 State WI — PG — Sussex Hamilton
A three-point sniper and talented scorer, Sussex Hamilton’s Konop finished off an excellent high school career this spring. He was voted first team all-conference in the Greater Metro after putting up elite numbers. Already holding a scholarship offer from Hillsdale, Konop is set to continue his basketball career at the college level.
Dallas Wallin Dallas Wallin 6'3" | SF Prescott | 2024 State WI — F — Prescott
Wallin really impressed scouts this past summer on the AAU circuit. The Prescott forward does a terrific job of using his strength and size to get buckets around the cup. A tremendous athlete with a relentless motor, Wallin is a true force in the paint on both ends of the court.
Termarion Brumby Termarion Brumby 6'1" | CG Racine Case | 2024 State WI — CG — Racine Case
Although he may be a tad bit undersized at the college level, I have no concerns about Brumby’s ability to hang with players moving forward. The shifty combo guard can effectively play on or off the ball, as he spaces the floor and attacks closeouts really well. He is a gifted finisher and impressive scorer off the bounce.
Jaiden Martin Jaiden Martin 6'1" | CG Dominican | 2024 State WI — PG — Dominican
Following a great AAU season, Martin played really well for Dominican during the fall and winter. A true three-level scoring threat with a great handle, Martin puts a unique pressure on opposing defenders. Martin’s ability to put the ball in the cup is what makes him such an attractive college prospect.
