Tylan Pope — Franklinton 6’5 2019 W/F
Pope was just a man among boys and he showed no mercy throughout the day asserting his will on the game. He was dominant in the paint and was also more than comfortable handling the ball on the wing and knocking down shots from long range. Pope was named MVP of the top performers from the Expo.
Nigel Jones — Broadmoor 6’4 2018 W
Jones was really able to showcase his athleticism in a more free-flowing event and he’s a player that’s more than capable of playing above the rim. His jump shot is also improving with range out to the 3-point line and he has the athleticism and length to be a factor on the defensive end as well.
Jahnoi Daley — St. Amant 6’2 2018 G
Daley did a good job throughout the day putting pressure on the defense with his ability to drive the lane and create shots for himself or others. He has good size at the guard spot and ran the team well finding shots for everyone.
Taaj Daniels — Morgan City 6’1 2018 G
Daniels was the floor-spacer for the Cavaliers knocking down 3-pointers at a pretty good rate throughout the day. He located well without the ball to find open space and was rarely shy about letting it fly.
