CFCA Team Camp: Class of 2018 Standouts
Phoebus HS 2018 Wing Khyree Temple: The best player at camp without a doubt, this young man is absolutely special! He has a long wingspan, impressive ability to score the ball, a gift for passing and impressive athletic ability. We didn’t get to see him shoot the ball from deep very often but as well as he got to the basket, there was really no need for him to settle for the outside shot.
Cape Fear Christian 2018 Guard Isaiah Tatum: Isaiah was outstanding throughout the night, he got the offense into their sets and didn’t turn the ball over He knocks down shots at a consistent rate, especially from midrange and has a nice floater he uses.
Cape Fear Christian 2018 Forward Milos Galogaza: Milos hasn’t been in the country for too much time but he has already turned the heads of numerous college coaches and media. At 6’8 with the ability to knock down the trey ball at a high rate he’s absolutely a fun player to watch.
Phoebus HS 2018 Guard Antwan Miles Jr.: Has a smooth game overall, he gets to his spots with minimal dribbling and within the flow of the offense. Also has excellent ball handling skills, his skillset allows him to easily move over to the SG spot as well as playing the PG spot.
Phoebus HS 2018 Forward/Center Domineque Johnson: Domineque is a big bodied player who comes in at 6’5 and 255 pounds, he is a beast inside the paint and uses his body to make plays. Once he gets in tip top shape he will be a very solid prospect for a next level program, he’s already receiving interest from NAIA programs.
Phoebus HS 2018 Guard Jeremiah Todd: One of the best on-ball defenders that I’ve seen at the high school level in a very long time, he has outstanding lateral quickness and doesn’t gamble at all. He knows how to beat his opponent to where they want to get to on the floor, he has a lean frame and is a physical player.
