The Best Seniors in the State that are still unsigned!
Pine Forest & RAID Nation Forward Tyshun Archie: Tyshun is one of the top unsigned seniors in the state without a doubt, at 6’4 with impressive athletic ability you can clearly see why. Tyshun has only be in the area for a short period of time but made his name known during the high school as well as an outstanding performance at East NC Fab 40 Camp. As of now he has received high interest from numerous JUCO programs such as FTCC and Caldwell Tech Community College which he will visit this weekend.
Bessemer City HS Guard Jahari Guthrie: Jahari has a nice ability to score the ball and always is under control on the court, he has a decent frame and seems as if he doesn’t mind using his frame. During the high school he averaged 16 Points, 7 rebounds and 6 assist per game during the high school season.
Fike HS Forward Samson Strickland: At 6’6 with a strong frame he is a player that could benefit quite a few of college programs. He rebounds the ball at a high rate, has a soft touch around the rim, and battles with just about anybody regardless of size. He’s the type of athlete that you love to have in your program as well due to the fact that he is a high academic student.
Terra Ciea Guard Messiah Barnes: Barnes is a floor general that is hard to stop once he gets a full head of steam, although he is undersized he plays bigger than his height and at this point he would be a very nice late pickup for a school.
Jones Senior Guard Malik Brooks: Malik is a gifted scorer, the lefty has a smooth shooting stroke, can handle the ball and plays the game with a chip on his shoulder. He already has a body that seems as if he on a college campus, especially with his upper body strength.
