We had a great year as a hole. One of the major things that stood out this year was that strength of schedule might not have helped a lot with the RPI it helped out with quality of play and the rise of competition. Many players were able to play some high level hoops and it payed off in the playoffs.

#1 Corner Canyon High School (25-2)

Excellent schedule that allowed them to play at a high level all year and it payed off in the end. Their BIG 3 was unreal this year, [player_tooltip player_id='1056969' first='Brody' last='Kozlowski'], [player_tooltip player_id='934040' first='Max' last='Toombs'] and [player_tooltip player_id='969631' first='Jaxson' last='Roberts'] and the result was a 6A Championship.

#2 Alta High School (24-4)

Alta was ready and composed with a tough schedule in region play and in the pre-season. [player_tooltip player_id='1057035' first='Ace' last='Reiser'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1298532' first='Jaxon' last='Johnson'] played at a high level. They got a lot of help from many players including new comer [player_tooltip player_id='1278438' first='Dash' last='Reiser'] who was huge in the playoffs. 5A State Champions.

#3 American Fork High School (19-9)

AF never backs down from a challenge and that is why they produce so much next level talent. We saw some excellent play from two players coming back in [player_tooltip player_id='1057050' first='Tiger' last='Cuff'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1538434' first='Blake' last='Rawson']. They will be tough again next year.

#4 Cyprus High School (23-5)

Cyprus played some inspired basketball but they fell just a bit short. We witnessed one of the best high school basketball careers come to an end with the play od [player_tooltip player_id='934030' first='Quentin' last='Meza'].

#5 Lone Peak High School (17-9)

Lone Peak was a program that made a surge late inthe year. [player_tooltip player_id='1146663' first='Ike' last='Staley'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1146666' first='Chamberlain' last='Burgess'] come back and they had big years this season.

#6 Olympus High School (24-3)

With two players with experience Olympus fell short but they have experience coming back next year and some more new comers that can play. They will be tough next season.

#7 Fremont High School (16-8)

Fremont has some players coming back that will elevate them but they do play in a tough region. [player_tooltip player_id='1115931' first='Hunter' last='Hansen'] was tough and he earned some respect on all fronts.

#8 Sky View High School (23-2)

Sky View was a team that could play with anyone. [player_tooltip player_id='1559781' first='Tanner' last='Davis'] is going to be a problem again next year.

#9 Timpview (18-9)

Timpview was loaded with upper classman and they gave it their all and made it all the way to the final. [player_tooltip player_id='934031' first='James' last='Rust'] played on a high level and he passed the torch to [player_tooltip player_id='1278448' first='Dean' last='Rueckert']. Timpview has a solid young core.

#10 Westlake High School (14-11)

If they played in a different region they would be towards the top. Westlake is always a tough out and they find ways to compete with their physical style of play.

#11 Dixie High School (22-5)

Dixie is a program that will always put together a team that can play with anyone. We always respect their elite schedule. Look for them to bounce back next year.

#12 Layton High School (16-8)

Layton has two players coming back that could help carry a team in Melhi Martin and [player_tooltip player_id='1057041' first='KJ' last='Miller']. They had a great year and won some tough games.

#13 Syracuse High School (15-8)

Syracuse ended the year on a tough loss but [player_tooltip player_id='935898' first='Kaden' last='Ericksen'] was NICE! He should be a good player at the next level.

#14 Cottonwood High School (23-2)

Cottonwood was one of those teams everyone wanted to have success. They ran into a way in the playoffs but they will be back as they return one of the best players in the class of 2024 in [player_tooltip player_id='1384525' first='Chris' last='Cox']. Stay tuned.

#15 Orem High School (15-11)

Young squad that has a lot of promise. Look for them to make a big jump next year. [player_tooltip player_id='1278443' first='Anthony' last='Felesi'] and company are good. Experience will help their development. They could be one of the favorites next year.

#16 Woods Cross High School (18-5)

Woods Cross had a lot of player contribute. We had a great year as a hole.
