McDonald really controlled the paint in this game. His defensive mobility and footwork really stood out. He had lateral movement that most high school post players don’t have. McDonald slid over nicely to provide help D in the paint. He played disciplined defense, staying vertical and staying out of foul trouble. Better yet, McDonald showed the ability to defend on the perimeter when the situation called for it as well. This is a young man with a ton of skill present and even more upside to add

Marko Radisavljevic
Radisavljevic definitely caught my eye in the game against Croswell-Lexington. Cros-Lex played tremendous defense and didn’t allow many clean looks at the rim. That being said, Radisavljevic seemed up to the challenge. He was aggressive with the ball in his hands and really tried to make plays off the bounce. Radisavljevic carried a lot of ball handling and playmaking duties for his team. He had to get creative to score, like his running hook shot across the lane which he connected on.
Junge is a big time talent through and through. He has the size and strength to compete with some bigger players, but it was his ball skills that really stood out when I saw him play. He showed off a nice mid range game complete with a pretty jumper. Junge also showed that he could hit a jumper even with a hand in his face. Possibly the most impressive aspect of his game that night was his ability to play off a screen. He used screens effectively to create space and attack the D with his shot.

Rocco Breslin
Breslin was very solid in this game, and in my opinion, got better as the game went on. I believe this said something as to his physical condition, as he not only never slowed, but seemed to get quicker deeper into the game. Breslin had a knack for drawing contact and getting to the free throw line. I know he had at least 8 free throw attempts in this contest. Breslin also showed some ingenuity with the ball and his finishes.
