#1 American Fork
AF will be putting it on the line as the play in one of the best tournaments in the country as they are in Southern California at the Damien Classic. With a lot of college bound players look for Ashton Wallace Ashton Wallace 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2023 State UT and Tiger Cuff Tiger Cuff 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2024 State UT to shine on this platform.
#2 Corner Canyon
Just ran everyone out of the gym in Arizona. Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT is taking his game to another level and most importantly his team is winning. Kellen Lewis continues to stock rise. sleeper PG in Jaxson Roberts Jaxson Roberts 6'2" | PG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT as he is electric.
#3 Cyprus
Cyprus has played a super tough schedule and that continues. Coach Tre Smith has something up his sleeve with sharp sets that get multiple players looks. This could be a big time game for Diego Mulford Diego Mulford 5'10" | PG American Fork | 2024 State UT as he usually catches out of state teams off guard. They will also be at The Damien Classic, CA.
#4 Syracuse
Strength of schedule is okay as they did lose to Woods Cross but picked up a big win against Lone Peak. Kaden Ericksen Kaden Ericksen 6'2" | CG Syracuse | 2023 State UT still has more left in the tank to get this team rolling. Stay tuned.
#5 Pleasant Grove
Only in-state loss came to Cyprus. This team has potential and although they are 4-4 they are battle tested. Look for Isaac Garrett Isaac Garrett 6'8" | SF Pleasant Grove | 2023 State UT to turn things up that will open everything else up for everyone else.
#6 Lone Peak
With probably a stronger strength of schedule than people give them credit for they have some big time wins over Herriman, Cedar Valley, Farmington and Davis. Ike Staley Ike Staley 6'6" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT is playing well and so is Jaxon Best.
#7 Westlake
Decent strength of schedule and they play two more pre-season games against teams they should beat but the fact is that this team keeps winning and you can’t ignore that.
#8 Riverton
Still yet to see a signature win but they have a chance to bet some tough team sin Copper Hills, Bingham and Herriman to make a case for best team in Region 3. Jaxon Kereks is a good next level player, take note.
#9 Layton
This team has yet to hit their stride, with a few loses here and there does not dismiss that they have an emerging PG in Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT . Once Brock Mendoza Brock Mendoza 6'9" | C Layton | 2023 State UT gets going things can really change for everyone on the roster.
#10 Farmington
Paul Beattie Paul Beattie 6'9" | PF Farmington | 2024 State UT and company have a few good wins but will need to do better to get it done in Region 1. They cannot lose to teams like Skyridge.
Notable Teams: Herriman, Roy, Fremont, Davis
