5) Jordan McConnell Jordan McConnell 6'10" | C Phillips Exeter Academy | 2025 State VA | 6’10” C | Woodberry Forest (#10 Overall)
McConnell is a player who will start to see his recruitment pick up here shortly if he continues to improve and is consistently productive, as he showed flashes of brilliance as a freshman. At 6’10” he already has the size to turn heads and catch the eye of college coaches, he runs the floor well and has solid mobility in the paint and is able to finish around the rim and challenge shots and he has shown the ability to step out and knock down shots too.
4) Jaquan Womack Jaquan Womack 6'7" | PF Paul VI | 2025 State #284 Nation VA | 6’6” PF | Paul VI (#8 Overall)
Womack is part of a young and talented PVI team and at times may get a little overlooked because of that, but don’t get it twisted he’s one of the most versatile and talented prospects in the class. At 6’6” he’s a small ball four man that can take defenders out on the perimeter where he can knock down shots or take his man off the bounce and use his frame to finish through contact, he’s a good passer who can see over defenders and delivers passes on the money and he moves his feet and can guard multiple positions.
3) Martez Harris Martez Harris 6'10" | PF Cape Henry | 2025 State #269 Nation VA | 6’9” PF | Cape Henry (#5 Overall)
Harris is a player who has recently gone through a big growth spurt which changed him from a wing to a big, and while he’s still trying to figure out the position you can’t ignore the tools he brings to the table. He’s excellent in the midrange where he can hit fall-aways off of post ups or face up and put it on the deck, he can step outside and knock down shots from deep and he’s a physical presence on the glass and in the paint as a finisher.
2) Kareem Stagg Kareem Stagg 6'8" | PF IMG | 2025 State #399 Nation FL | 6’8” PF | Oscar Smith (#2 Overall)
Stagg is one of the most talented young players in the 757, as the 6’8” big man already has great physical and athletic tools at his position and he’s starting to round out his skillset as well. He has very long arms and big hands and has terrific timing as a shot blocker, he is an explosive athlete who can catch and finish above the rim and can handle it in the paint on post ups and face ups and he’s a really good rebounder who gets position and pursues the ball on both ends of the floor. He’s starting to show improvement on his range out to the three-point line and when that happens he’s going to be a nightmare to matchup with.
1) Christian Gurdak Christian Gurdak 6'9" | C Gonzaga | 2025 State #156 Nation MD | 6’10” C | Paul VI (#1 Overall)
Gurdak gets the nod for the #1 spot in the 2025 rankings again as the 6’10” big from PVI has shown great production already in his career and he’s steadily improving and learning the game still. He’s a massive guy who clogs the paint and makes it hard for driving guards and wings to get good looks at the rim, he seals well and knows how to use his body to finish around the rim and he eats on the offensive glass as he’s always in position to clean up. What separates Gurdak from other bigs is that he has super glue hands that catch tough passes and despite his big size he’s surprisingly quick and has a number of moves and fakes in the paint to keep his defenders off balance.
