We have identified the talent by tiers and will be having a ranking update come next week. One person who should expect a jump in the rankings is 2024 Caden Diggs Caden Diggs 6'7" | SF Bullis | 2024 State #125 Nation MD . We caught up with Caden to talk about how his spring is going and an early sneak preview into his recruitment.
“I have really just been working as hard as I can. I am trying to improve on defense and I have just been really staying in the gym.”
Diggs is part of a talented Bullis team that will have plenty of eyes on them this upcoming weekend at DMV Live and should be a contender in the IAC. He spoke about his role currently with his Bullis team where he is averaging 13.0 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in Capitol Hoops Summer League.
“I am just really trying to be an athletic wing that can do everything like defending, scoring and just doing anything I can do to help the team win.”
Starting in a few hours, college coaches are allowed to contact 2024 prospects and there are three schools that he expects to hear from.
“I am expected to hear from George Washington, George Mason and Temple and some other schools from around the area.”
Right now Diggs currently has four scholarship offers from a list that includes George Mason, Xavier, Howard and NJIT.
Diggs was able to speak on two of those schools.
Xavier: “The offer means a lot. It was my first high major offer and it really opened doors for me and opened the spotlight and I expect to grow from there.”
George Mason: “I know a lot of guys that go there, a lot of friends and not even people that play sports. I am looking forward to learning more about the program and going on a visit.”
