Saleh is an old school center who thrives with his back to the bucket. He eats up a lot of space with his size. He has good touch inside and stays within himself. Saleh is in good spots to collect rebounds. Sales shows small flashes on the perimeter. He does a good job running the floor. Division two’s or JUCO’s should give Saleh a look who are in need of front-court depth.

Saleh is having another big season this year to no one’s surprise. He is as dominant of a player at any position as they come. Even though he is a center at 6’8″ he can play and guard multiple positions with how versatile his game is. Averaging 16ppg along with grabbing 15 rebounds a game Saleh is just an absolute stat sheet stuffer that impacts the game on both sides of the ball. His ability to go coast to coast after grabbing a rebound is what makes it tough to guard him. He has excellent post moves around the basket paired with his soft touch. On defense, he will lockdown the painted area averaging about 3.5 blocks a game seemingly swatting anything that comes near his way.

Saleh is a versatile center prospect who impacts the game at both ends of the floor. The 6’8″ post has a solid face-up game as he can get to the rim from the perimeter and knock down jumpers from behind the arc. Saleh is an underrated passer and sets good screens in the halfcourt. He rips down rebounds at both ends of the floor and uses his size to influence shots around the rim.

Saleh is a three-level scorer with elite two-way ability as he seems to not have many flaws in his game up to this point. Being 6’8″ gives him the ultimate flexibility to play and guard multiple positions. His offensive game is nearly impossible to stop with how quick he is with the ball along with adding the finesse he plays with. Saleh can attack the rim with force with him flying down the court to go in for the throwdown. His post moves are great with him always getting defenders in the air. He’ll use a lot of up-and-under moves around the basket. He can hit the midrange shot along with his three-point shot coming into form. On defense, he can switch onto anyone and will look to chase down block players any chance he gets.

Al-Deen Saleh has a strong physical presence down low in the painted area. He seems to be a literal anchor in that area as he rarely gets moved around and stays tall when players look to test him. Al-Deen Saleh has long arms so he does not have to jump as high to snag someone’s shot. He will block multiple shots in one sequence never letting a player get anything past him. He was so dominant this past season he blocked 80 shots.

Saleh plays almost like a point-center most of the time as he can bring the ball up whenever. He is an overall physical presence down low and isn’t afraid to throw elbows around when grabbing boards. Saleh is elite at boxing out crashing players flying in to grab offensive rebounds. He has a good eye for timing offensive rebounds and can rise and throw it down on anyone in his way once he grabs one in the air.

Saleh is a unicorn at the center position. He is dominant in the paint and will rise and power over the top of you and throw it down with the dunk. Saleh runs the floor like a guard in that if you give him the ball in the transition setting he will run right through you to the rim. He is also excellent at getting post-up positioning for easy hook shots. If Saleh can add a consistent fadeaway jump shot he will be nearly unstoppable.

Saleh seems to be the tallest player on the court most of the time when he plays which allows him to tower over everyone to get whatever he wants. Being in the 6’7″ – 6’9″ range with a long wingspan at the center position Saleh has recorded a double-double with points and rebounds in all nineteen games except four of them. He’s the type of modern-day big man many big-time colleges will be looking for going into his senior year as he can knock down the open three-point shot when given the space and even put the ball on the floor sometimes to get to the rim. He has elite rim protection averaging over two blocks per game. Saleh even has a little bit of shiftiness to him when he’s in the post as his go-to move is the drop-step which is how he gets a majority of his points. If Saleh can make more three-point shots and work on tighter handles he will be an absolute force as he continues to grow into his impressive frame already.
