Oberti is having about as dominant of a season as you can ask for at the center position. Averaging a stellar 20 ppg along with grabbing 12 rebounds per game Oberti is a force to be reckoned with. At 6’10” he is quick on his feet for his size and runs the floor well looking for any sort of opening to get the easy finish around the rim. His pump fake and up-and-under moves under the basket make him a handful to guard. On defense, Oberti is averaging close to 5 blocks per game putting fear into offensive players looking to test him at the rim.
Dorset has put together some excellent games so far this season from the shooting guard position. Averaging 19 ppg while also getting involved and making an impact on the defensive end shows his promising two-way ability. His aggressiveness in attacking the rim on the offensive end is how he gets most of his points as he has lighting speed on the fastbreak whenever he comes up with the steal. Look for Dorset to continue to have a successful season.
Payne has been on a scoring tear this season putting up big offensive numbers at the point guard position. He can hit every shot in the book as he is averaging a monster 24 ppg. He is nearly impossible to stay in front of with the ball in his hands because of his speed, quick handles, and decision-making. Payne will get you double-digit assists in his sleep while being his team’s main scorer. In his last two games, he has scored 34 points in both games.
Highlights
Robinson has the speed, handles, and playmaking ability to create all sorts of damage on the offensive end. He can get up and down the court in a blur leaving defenders in the dust. Averaging a steady 17 ppg Robinson has shown the necessary flashes as to why he belongs at the top of the rankings. He is creative with the ball in his hands and can turn broken-down plays into points no matter the situation. Look for Robinson to continue his consistency and brilliance at the point guard position this season.
Saleh is having another big season this year to no one’s surprise. He is as dominant of a player at any position as they come. Even though he is a center at 6’8″ he can play and guard multiple positions with how versatile his game is. Averaging 16ppg along with grabbing 15 rebounds a game Saleh is just an absolute stat sheet stuffer that impacts the game on both sides of the ball. His ability to go coast to coast after grabbing a rebound is what makes it tough to guard him. He has excellent post moves around the basket paired with his soft touch. On defense, he will lockdown the painted area averaging about 3.5 blocks a game seemingly swatting anything that comes near his way.
