Section 7 Teams

<p>Arizona will be the place to be in June and not only will it be hot in AZ but it will be blazing in the gym with the teams they have going 17 of the 229 teams will be from Utah. I know a lot of teams are still trying to get in but it might be too late. </p> <p>This is the official list as of now. </p> <p><strong>American Fork</strong></p> <p>AF will display their size and a lot of new players really getting in and contributing. [player_tooltip player_id="934024" first="Aaron" last="Dunne"] will be one of the bigs coming back and with the addition of [player_tooltip player_id="1046138" first="Kean" last="Webb"] they will have a lot of size. They went very far last year as they had Jaxon Kohler playing with them before he left the school. Keep and eye on [player_tooltip player_id="1057050" first="Tiger" last="Cuff"], he’s coming along nicely. </p> <p><strong>Bingham</strong></p> <p>New team for sure but two familiar faces in Brayden Whithead who can sure be a shot blocking presence in the paint and the shifty [player_tooltip player_id="1057035" first="Ace" last="Reiser"]. KJ Jensen will get some run and look out for some of their youngsters. </p> <p><strong>Corner Canyon</strong></p> <p>CCHS seems to reload and they will be reloading around [player_tooltip player_id="934040" first="Max" last="Toombs"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1056969" first="Brody" last="Kozlowski"]. [player_tooltip player_id="934042" first="Everest" last="Romney"] will be a new big that gets run this time around.</p> <p><strong>Cyprus</strong></p> <p>Cyprus will have some dudes as [player_tooltip player_id="934030" first="Quentin" last="Meza"], [player_tooltip player_id="1257172" first="Justus" last="Jackson-Fobbs"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1057025" first="Diego" last="Mulford"] will be a hard trio to stop. Cyprus will be one of the 6A favorites going into next year. </p> <p><strong>Davis</strong></p> <p>Davis has the next man up mentality and we are here for it. A lot of curious eyes will be on Davis to see how they replace such a heavy productive senior class. </p> <p><strong>Dixie</strong></p> <p>Dixie is a power in 4A and they have some guys to watch. [player_tooltip player_id="1146670" first="John" last="Southwick"] is healthy and [player_tooltip player_id="1185179" first="Kyle" last="Lemke"] is playing out of his mind right now. This team should be nice. </p> <p><strong>Jordan</strong></p> <p>Jordan struggled last year and this year they will need to replace a lot of guys. This is a good time to see who will take the reins at that school. </p> <p><strong>Layton Christian Academy</strong></p> <p>Layton has a dude on their team in [player_tooltip player_id="1332624" first="Souleymane" last="Barro"]. He is a must watch and usually Layton has a fleet of players that contribute. </p> <p><strong>Layton </strong></p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1206892" first="Brock" last="Mendoza"] with size and [player_tooltip player_id="1057041" first="KJ" last="Miller"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1057040" first="Mekhi" last="Martin"] in the backcourt will have a teams with a lot to deal with as that trio will be tough. </p> <p><strong>Lone Peak</strong></p> <p>A lot of young players that should see the floor but we will see what happens. [player_tooltip player_id="1146666" first="Chamberlain" last="Burgess"] is coming along and so is [player_tooltip player_id="1146663" first="Ike" last="Staley"]. </p> <p><strong>Olympus</strong></p> <p>Olympus has dudes and the two dudes you need to watch are [player_tooltip player_id="1057034" first="Dutch" last="Dowdell"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1057020" first="Jordan" last="Barnes"]. These dudes can go. One breaks you down and one shoots the lights out. This is a killer combo. </p> <p><strong>Orem</strong></p> <p>Orem will be young, fast and fun. Stay tuned to see what they have cooking over there. </p> <p><strong>Pleasant Grove</strong></p> <p>Hearing rumors over at PG but we will stick with the guys they have. [player_tooltip player_id="934022" first="Michael" last="Mitton"], [player_tooltip player_id="969251" first="Colby" last="Dean"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1199505" first="Isaac" last="Garrett"] are going to be tough to stop. </p> <p><strong>Real Salt Lake Academy</strong></p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1057044" first="David" last="Katoa"] and company will have dudes. [player_tooltip player_id="1146662" first="JJ" last="Apathjang"] has been playing really well. We will see what else is over at RSL shortly. </p> <p><strong>Skyridge</strong></p> <p>This is going to be a new team over there. Excited to see what Coach Gardner has cooking. </p> <p><strong>Westlake</strong></p> <p>Talk about a school that reloads. No name players become major stock risers and we are ready for it. </p>
