Hailey, a wing out of Phillips Academy Andover in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #53. An elite athlete, the 6’5″ Hailey impressed with both his offensive and defensive versatility. The lefty has a big, strong frame that he uses to his advantage as a downhill driver, rim finisher, and offensive rebounder. On top of that, he shows the ability to make shots with range from behind the arc, while also being a high level playmaker in transition. Defensively, he can guard any position on the floor, has quick burst into passing lanes for steals and deflections, and is a big time shot blocker when coming from the help side. He remains undecided on his college destination.

I knew Hailey was athletic, but after seeing him in person again last week and watching Sunday’s championship game, he might be the best vertical athlete in the NEPSAC. He absolutely skies for dunks and has his head at the rim—even when you think he’s coming back down, it still seems like he’s elevating. He takes contact well from opposing bigs, and he can also make outside shots with range. The lefty could use some increased playmaking chops, but he has SO much potential with his baseline skillset and athleticism. Will be curious where Hailey ends up next season.

Hailey, a guard out of Phillips Academy Andover, popped with his two-way versatility on Saturday. The 6’6″ guard can fill a variety of roles on the offensive end of the floor, operating at times as an on-ball creator and at others as an off-ball scorer. He does a nice job of playing off one or two bounces, is a gifted scorer in the mid-range, and has the ability to finish with length at the rim. Defensively, he is capable of making plays on the ball and in space, leading to plenty of deflections and steals on that end of the floor.

I came away ridiculously impressed with Hailey. The 6-foot-6 wing has a college ready body right now, and he has big time athleticism in every regard. He moves laterally like a guard but can elevate with anyone, and he has really great body control in the air. Most impressive was Hailey’s shooting, though; he absolutely strokes it from three and has phenomenal footwork when coming off screens and sprinting into transition threes. He’s going to be an elite shooter at the next level and should have scholarship schools all over him in short order. Special player.

Hailey is an explosive high octane scorer who showed different ways to find the bucket. Defenders struggle to keep him in front of them because he has a good blend of size and quickness. Hailey has no problem showing that he can jump out of the gym with his athleticism and is a capable finisher above the rim. He showed that he can step out a stretch the defenses with his shooting. Hailey is a prospect low majors should be all over if they are in need of a natural scorer with positional size and versatility.

Hailey recently surpassed the 1,000-point plateau in the Providence Day School rotation. He’s a strong-framed shooting guard with some versatility to make note of for DI/DII programs in the region. He’s an athletic lefty who’s shown he can attack off the bounce and space the floor with his perimeter shooting and remains a top unsigned shooting guard in the class still available in the 2025 rankings.

Hailey is a shooting guard at 6-foot-6 with a college-ready frame for college programs in the region to get eyes on. He’s shown he can get hot in a hurry off the catch and off the bounce when given opportunities as Providence Day School looks to make some more noise in 2024-25. Ole Miss has offered him as other college programs continue to show interest heading into his senior year.

back on the scene after an ACL injury last year, and he’s showing everyone why he’ll be a recruitable prospect. Lefty combo guard/wing that is a pure scorer, really comfortable breaking down opponents or shooting the jumper over them. He didn’t make the shots he took when I saw him, but they were good looks and I’m confident he can make them based on past appearances. I saw him play composed in the middle of a zone yesterday, making reads and not getting sped up in trying to make the wrong play. Still has an athletic pop and burst to him that makes him dangerous when he has space and an ability to attack in transition or a double gap in the half-court.

Nick has undergone significant development in recent years following a serious injury, evident in his enhanced skill set and overall completeness as a player. His stellar shooting performance against two formidable EYBL opponents garnered attention, but it was his all-around impact that truly stood out. Nick’s effort, versatility, and leadership on both ends of the floor were instrumental for Team Charlotte . In addition to his sharpshooting, his ability to make sound decisions with the ball and utilize his size and athleticism effectively further contributed to his team’s success.
