Edmonds, a lead guard out of Phillips Academy Andover in Massachusetts, had a strong summer on the travel circuit with BCRI, proving to be one of the best floor generals in the region. The 6’1″ lefty does a great job of playing at different speeds, knows how to create angles when playing out of ball screens, and is a crafty passer in the half-court. Beyond that, he’s able to finish with touch over size in the paint and has deep range on his jumper. On the other end of the floor, he can really guard at the point of attack and uses quick hands to create steals on the ball.

Edmonds is off to a fantastic start for BCRI this spring. In a system full of shooting, passing, and ball movement, the 6-foot-1 guard really thrives with his ability to touch the paint and make plays for himself and others. The lefty has a lightning-quick first-step, and he’s a super heady passer who knows how to manipulate the defense with his eyes. The Phillips Andover junior also spaces the floor quite well with extremely deep shooting range and a quick release. Defensively, Edmonds is a 94-foot defender who slides his feet very well laterally and wants to compete for the entire game. He’s an awesome D3 prospect.
