Elliot Cadeau Elliot Cadeau 6'2" | PG Bergen Catholic | 2024 MO , 6’2 PG Bergen Catholic
The Crusaders’ back court is loaded with Will Richardson Will Richardson 6'2" | PG Bergen Catholic | 2022 State #76 Nation NJ and Julian Brown Julian Brown 6'1" | PG Bergen Catholic | 2022 State NJ , but Cadeau will still have a big impact on the team. The 6’2 guard has a good handle, which he uses to beat his defender and make plays in the lane. Cadeau can finish in a variety of ways and has a nice release on his jumper. He has good court vision and moves his feet well on the defensive end. Cadeau is one of top lead guards in Bergen County and should put it on full display this season.
Naasir Cunningham Naasir Cunningham 6'7" | SF Southern California Academy | 2024 #41 Nation CA-S , 6’7 SF Gill St. Bernard’s
Cunningham shares the floor with Denver Anglin Denver Anglin 6'0" | PG Gill St. Bernard's | 2022 State #120 Nation NJ and Mackenzie Mgbako Mackenzie Mgbako 6'8" | SF Roselle Catholic | 2023 State #5 Nation NJ , but his skillset is too high to pass up. The 6’7 wing is a silky, smooth scorer who can score at all three levels. Cunningham has a clean shooting stroke as he wastes little motion in his shot. He has the length to defend multiple positions and is an underrated passer. Cunningham is a talented wing prospect who will be a player to watch in the Garden State for the rest of his varsity career.
TJ Robinson TJ Robinson 6'3" | SG Immaculate Conception | 2024 State #163 Nation NJ , 6’2 PG Teaneck
Robinson was one of the top scoring freshmen in the Garden State last season and will be one of the top scorers in 2022. The 6’2 lefty has a smooth shooting stroke and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Robinson can also finish around the basket in a variety of ways and does not mind drawing contact. He is a solid passer and a good rebounder for a guard his size. Robinson is a big-time scorer who should fill up the box scores this season.
Tahaad Pettiford Tahaad Pettiford 6'1" | PG Hudson Catholic | 2024 State #27 Nation NJ , 6’0 PG Hudson Catholic
Pettiford has had a big summer during the live period, which should translate into a big sophomore season. The 6’0 lefty is an absolute sniper from distance as his range starts once he crosses half court and can knock down triples in bunches. Pettiford is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finish around the basket creatively. He is a smooth passer and moves his feet well on the defensive end. Pettiford is ready for a big-time sophomore season, which could translate into him making an All-State team.
Jeremy Clayville Jeremy Clayville 6'1" | CG St. Joe's Metuchen | 2024 State NJ , 6’0 CG DePaul Catholic
Clayville led Garden State freshman in scoring last season and should duplicate his scoring success in 2022. The 6’0 guard has a lightning quick release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Clayville can also score in the mid-range and can draw contact around the rim. He is capable of running the offense effectively and is an underrated passer. DePaul Catholic is a team who could turn heads this season, making Clayville a deep sleeper contender for All-State.
