6’2 Richard Isaacs Jr. | Wasatch Academy | Vegas Elite EYBL |
With various offers from many of the “Blue Bloods” the Las Vegas, Nevada native is currently ranked #1 in the state and he has a great national ranking. When you look at PG’s that move well and create “POP POP” is the real deal. He has an intense motor up and down the floor at both ends. He runs the floor well with the ball as he scans the floor for some early lanes that lead to early buckets. Impressed with his attack mode at all times. His up and down dribble sets up a great three-point shot as well. He can lull a defender going side to side and then hit him with a step back three or a simple quick release jumper. With great footwork he is able to get passed defenders and can really hit those tough mid-range shots. His elite shifting in gears in the lane and perimeter that just keeps defenders off balance. Look for him to get others involved but take advantage of his opportunities to score as well.
6’0 Cannon Devries Cannon Devries 6'0" | PG Weber | 2022 State UT | Weber High School |
Cannon is known to be a high energy speedster out on the football field and that seems to translate to the hardwood every year. Cannon has improved his overall skills these past few years. Cannon has a lot of lift on his jumpers and it allows him to shoot over defenders in the mid-range and he has improved a lot out beyond the three-point line as well. Defensively he can pick up the entire court all game long. He does a great job of keeping defenders in front and turning them. Cannon is that player that can cause havoc defensively. He is a fun player to watch because he plays with so much emotion and speed.
5’11 Quincy Hills Quincy Hills 6'0" | PG Copper Hills | 2022 State UT | Copper Hills High School | Utah Premier |
Quincy is a quick crafty guard that has a quick first step. He is a pass first PG who is always looking to get his teammates involved. He does a great job of finding those passing lanes or simply creating that space to get those passes off. He’s improved his three-point shooting at the catch and shoot and off the bounce. Quincy can break through pressure and get to the rim. Like his crafty moves on the bounce and his counters. Could turn into a stellar senior year.
5’10 Sam Sivulich Sam Sivulich 5'11" | PG Northridge | 2022 State UT | Northridge High School |
We know that Sam is listed as a PG but he is really a scoring guard that can handle the ball. Really impressed with his range. He will not hesitate to shoot the ball either. He uses the pick n’ roll really well and he has an elite step back and really like his jab step that give him space to score. Sam could be a steal for a small school, especially with his high academics. Right to left he is tough.
