Adamson is a bull-dog point guard who's quite lethal as a driver to the rim. The 5-foot-10 senior has a sharp handle, and defenders completely bounce off of him on rim attacks once he gets his shoulders down and squared to the rim. During open gym this month, he also showed an improved outside shot and was able to get to it off both the bounce and the catch (which could be helpful with how much off-ball movement he'll be able to operate out of given all of the effective ball handlers on this squad). Adamson is committed to Siena next season, and he has a body and skillset ready for college hoops right now.

Quinlan is fantastic both on and off the ball. The 6-foot-3 guard is great out of the pick and roll and does a nice job driving to the rim and using his strength and athleticism to finish amongst the trees. He can also make reads once he touches the paint and does a good job making accurate passes. Without the ball, the junior is an excellent cutter from the perimeter and can make threes once the ball gets swung to him. Quinlan should see his recruitment rise this season, especially if he shows he can guard bigger players with the lack of size that Dexter has.

White is a true point-guard who will spend a good amount of time at the helm of Dexter's offense. The 6-foot junior is a great rebounder for his size and loves pushing the ball aggressively up the court. He makes excellent decisions with the ball in his hands and also has more athletic pop at the rim than people understand. White is improving his outside shot, too, and made a number of contested threes at this month's open gym. He's also strong defensively and knows where to be.

Peltrop does all of the little things and is going to be quite impactful for this Dexter squad. The 6-foot-3 guard/wing can guard everyone defensively and is a phenomenal rebounder for his size. Offensively, he is improving as an outside shooter and can really make plays in the paint on drives and cuts. He'll be able to plug the holes for this team with his ability to make little plays, but he'll also provide some pop when they really need it. Peltrop is only a sophomore but will be an intricate part of this Dexter team.

Gardner wasn't at fall open gym because of football, but the freshman guard is most certainly going to have an impact on this Dexter squad. The 6-foot-2 high-flying athlete can handle the rock and shoot it from three, but he's most electric as a downhill driver and decision-maker in the paint—despite his speed, he knows how to slow his body down and use his body. Gardner should be more ready than most freshman in the NEPSAC, and he already has his first division one offer in the bag.

On a team with tons of guards and not a lot of size, Kilroy will be an extremely important piece. The 6-foot-5 forward has good toughness and athleticism, so he's able to protect the rim a bit and hang with opposing bigs in the paint. Offensively, he uses his size and length to finish above the rim, but he also has solid touch with his strong left hand. He has a really good motor, too, and is always attacking the offensive glass and running the floor. Kilroy will play a lot of minutes this season but will have his hands full being one of this team's only bigs.

Like Kilroy, Short will be quite meaningful to this Dexter squad because of his size and length. The 6-foot-5 wing runs the floor like a madman and has a knack for leaking out and getting easy buckets in transition. In the half-court, he's a very streaky outside shooter and can get hot in an instant, but he also needs to improve his shot selection. Short's physical profile is much needed for this Dexter squad, so he'll have an opportunity to play pretty big minutes this season and will also have his hands full guarding some impressive wings and forwards.
