Last weekend, one of the more highly anticipated preseason events on the fall calendar in MADE Hoops' Northeast Preview returned to Shoot Hoops in King of Prussia, PA for yet another consecutive year. Bringing together a deep and extremely talented field of some of the most competitive programs all throughout Northeast region, last weekend's action featured an impressive collection of emerging talent with plenty of prospects from the state of New Jersey taking advantage of the opportunity to deliver noteworthy performances. With that being said, let's dive into some of those prospects who made an impact throughout last weekend's action.

[player_tooltip player_id='2884560' first='James' last='Coleman'] proved to be a seamless offensive fit particularly with his ability to make an impact both with the ball in his hands and playing off it. With an expectation to log significantly heavy minutes in his freshman year, Coleman showcased the poise, versatility, and skillset of a guard capable of operating within a variety of offensive responsibilities— confidence as a perimeter shooter with the range to consistently stretch defenses, hints of creating enough separation off the dribble to get into his pull up along with the coordination to convert on looks on the move from similar distance and with similar efficiency. While also mixing in some attacks of the rim attacking high footed closeouts and knifing into the teeth of the defense and attacking driving gaps when the defense was forced into rotations with pace in different PnR and DHO actions.

[player_tooltip player_id='2683648' first='Jayce' last='Rodriguez']'s perimeter shooting remains a clear cut strength, as his established efficiency and deep range accuracy are proven and extremely valuable components in his ability to stretch defenses.
