After a solid summer running with [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'], Carter continues to show off his well-rounded game. Standing at 6'0" with a solid build, Carter uses his physicality to get to the rim, as you would expect. However, what really impressed me was Carter's shooting touch. Max is a big guard, standing at 6'0". He showcased his ability to handle the ball and serve as a floor general, facilitating for his team on offense while also creating offense for himself by driving all the way to the basket for finishes. He also crashed the offensive glass extremely well, which led to multiple easy putbacks. In 3v3 play, Blaine showcased his sneaky speed with multiple blow-by drives and quick slashes to the rim for high-percentage buckets. Additionally, as he showcased this summer, he should still be regarded as a 3-point marksman. Jake plays much bigger than his 5'5" frame and has a confidence about him that everyone can root for. In 3v3 action, he showcased his catch-and-shoot ability by shooting the 3-ball efficiently. He is a very fast guard with a great handle on the ball. This was evident as he got out in transition for layups or made plays by dishing to open teammates.
