The Rogers guard snagged an offensive board with one hand and then powered his way back up for a quick two points. He then went back down the other way, sat deep in a stance, and tightly contested a jumper to force a miss. He used his 6'3 frame to get a piece of a lay-up, and then on the follow-up attempt Blake skied to rebound the ball right off the rim before pushing the pace and assisting a dunk in transition. When attacking the basket he did a nice job of playing off two feet which helped him go up balanced and finish with efficiency in the game I saw. Added in a corner three make in the second half. Throughout the game I watched he battled to get over the top of screens, walled up to contest around the basket without fouling, and was getting involved for every loose ball. Strong rebounding presence as a guard as he does a nice job of finding a man to box out after a shot goes up. He seemed to be in the mix for every missed shot or loose ball, using his 6'5 frame to pull in a handful of rebounds in the game I watched. Even if he wasn't getting the ball, Mehki put in the effort to consistently sprint rim-to-rim on both ends. Playing alongside a couple of other forwards, Cameron often had to match up with smaller wings/guards, where he did a nice job of using his length to force tough shots or cut off passing lanes. Early in the game he took a defensive board and immediately picked his head up, launching a deep outlet pass that led to a dunk for a teammate. He immediately catches your eye with his long and lanky 6'6 frame, with good mobility to defend a number of spots on the floor. Often playing alongside a 6'9 big, Amine was given the freedom to roam a bit and make plays on the perimeter. He flashed a smooth jumper from three, with the handle needed to attack with some straight line drives as well. Looks to use his length to finish explosively above the rim. He flashed improved touch out beyond the arc draining a few jumpers throughout the day, but was at his best around the basket. Omar was able to use his big 6'9 frame to power his way up for some strong finishes inside, and when given a lane to the rim he was taking flight for some explosive dunks. Each year he looks a bit more athletic and comfortable on the ball, and you won't find many guys in the state his size that move as well as him in the open floor. Really like his effort running the floor and moving his feet to defend smaller players on the perimeter. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
