Minnesota Sophomore Showcase: Game 5/6 Notes

We talk about some of the players that finished the night the strongest. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3764823' first='Eli' last='Guetter'] is a 6'3 skilled face up player that shoots it well and seems to be a player that has a ton of room to grow. Shot it well but also went to the rim and finished plus he competed. A player that is immediately on our radar for the winter and for the upcoming 16u season. Played varsity last year for Rocori and should be a key piece for the [program_tooltip program_id='2075852' first='Spartans' last=''] this winter. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2860526' first='Dylan' last='Wilson'] of Minneapolis Washburn. Dylan went to the rim to dunk, knocked out some threes, and was scoring and having a great time. Wilson is a player that caught our attention some when he played with the Fury this summer and his play today was another showing that he's a guy we could hear about in the future for the Millers. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2797912' first='Preston' last='Tyler'] of Woodbury. Need to come back to Tyler again.... wow is this kid going to help Woodbury. He was one of the best players at the camp playing like a smaller Grayson Grove using skill, intelligence, strength and agility to score inside and out. Tyler scored the ball as well as anybody today and I think he is going to be huge for Woodbury next year. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2907719' first='Weston' last='Davidson'] of Moose Lake-Willow River. A 6'3 wing that is getting good looks at the rim and has rebounded very well both ways. He's got to his position to deflect, contest and block shots defensively and has just played hard all day. When you play this hard you rebound well for your size and Weston has done that.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3711061' first='Hudson' last='Reed'] of BBE. A 6'7 five man that can face up and shoot the three. This is a skilled player with potential that moves well especially laterally as Hudson has moved well off the ball screen throughout the day. About four or five dunks that I have seen or heard and has protected the rim well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2880880' first='Isaiah' last='Homrighausen'] of St. Peter. A 6'2 guard on a team full of guards, Isaiah was one of the best shooters at the event. He's been able to move off screens to catch and hit, and a lot of that was physically getting open and catching to hit. Good passer too, Isaiah made a ton of good decisions with the ball shooting it or moving it. Isaiah is going to be a really good weapon for a good St. Peter team that could be top ten at some point this season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2979779' first='Brady' last='Wilczek'] of Monticello. A 6'5 player that has rebounded well and ran the floor very well for second chance scores and active scores. Boarded and pushed, watched others board and ran with them, and all around is a frontcourt player that should help the Magic soon. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
