I attended the annual AZ Compass Prep Fall League on three different days watching 15 games over those days. These teams are a combination of teams success and how they played when I viewed them. The players on teams that went undefeated or only loss 1 or 2 games are obviously placed a little higher. (Always some exceptions to the rules). As always these are NOT player rankings. Also some only played 1 game so many be lower down compared to some others who played for their team every game.

[player_tooltip player_id='3662716' first='Sakai' last='Givens'] Chandler

A strong framed scoring guard plays with a great motor to compete and does not back down to anyone or any team playing with an edge. He scores it with catch and shoot threes, tough mid-range pull-ups in the lane and downhill drives in traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='2292818' first='O'mari' last='Gilbert'] JKP Academy Prep (Pictured)

An athletic power forward who keeps progressing his game. He will score it efficiently with heavily contested layups in traffic, ball fakes with his handle and go up quickly to score, drop steps, dunks, rip thrus and will seal his man and go to work. He runs the floor, rebounds and blocks shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='2975471' first='Kur' last='Lual'] AZ Compass Prep EYBL

A long and fluid two-way wing forward who is a smooth runner and athlete. He will score it with threes off the catch, mid-range jumpers, dunks on the break, euros down the lane and collects steals in bunches. He rebounds well and will block shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='1986796' first='Peyton' last='Lubash'] San Tan Charter

An undersized point guard is the leader of the group. He is turning into the quintessential pure point guard with advanced court vison dropping dimes with perfect lob and bounce passes to his teammates. He will still of course score it with his deep shooting stroke from well beyond the arc and mid-range jumpers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1548525' first='Caron' last='Perez'] AZ Compass Grind

A strong framed combo guard who brings toughness and high skill to the court. He was in Phoenix his freshmen and sophomore years but moved last year and is now back. He scores it easily with threes off the catch, drive bys, mid-range jumpers, slick drives with his either hand and understands how to change speeds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2370259' first='Terry' last='McKinney III'] Millennium

An athletic wing forward who is your defensive type of player. He rebounds at a high level and will defend nearly every positon on the floor. He will score with dribble drives to the basket taking contact well, quick bursts to the basket and finishing it off with reverse layups with some serious hang time and occasional perimeter jumpers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2407205' first='Ja'Mir' last='Smith'] Chandler

Easily one of the more athletic senior power forwards in the state with some eye popping dunks on the break. He gobbles up rebounds in his area and made some games changing blocks with his impeccable timing and leaping ability. He will score with dunks, put backs and his mid-range fall away has become his sweet spot.

[player_tooltip player_id='2297437' first='Dylan' last='Vargas'] San Tan Charter

Another athletic power forward in the senior class is more of an inside and out threat. He can step out and shoot the three with more consistency then last year and he will dribble drive to the basket or quickly rip thru in traffic with contact. He rebounds well and is a sneaky good passer.
