2026 PH Oregon Sophomore ID Camp - All-Camp First Team

This year's PrepHoops Oregon Sophomore ID Camp took place at The Beaverton Hoop YMCA and many of the top in-state players and beyond from the Class of 2029 took the court to compete against one another in some very spirited competition. We had the opportunity to watch the action from start to finish, and after conferring with a number of other observers in attendance have come up with our All-Camp Teams – five members each on the First, Second, and Third Team. Here is the First Team.    Athletic and physical 6-foot-3 point guard that proved to be one of the top all-around players in the entire event. Always got to wherever he wanted to with the ball, finished well at the cup and did so through contact, completing multiple traditional and-ones. Was money with his pull-up jumper and did a great job pushing the ball up and was practically unstoppable in transition. Found open teammates for scores and led his team in rebounding. (JT)     Powell is an explosive, athletic forward with good length who thrived playing downhill and attacking the rim. He's a strong slasher, especially effective in transition, using his athleticism to put pressure on the defense. Powell also showed a strong basketball IQ and consistently made smart plays within the flow of the game. His combination of length, explosiveness, and overall feel made him one of the best players we saw at the event. (AG)     Dynamic combo guard with good length and athleticism at 6-foot-2. Explosive off the dribble and specialized in the quick stop pull-up mid-range jumper which was virtually unstoppable. Used footwork when trapped to free himself for shots. Played very unselfishly and looked to get teammates involved. Great rebounder for his size. (JT)     Top-ranked big man in the class was very impressive. Great hands and feet and was virtually unstoppable once he got position inside, using a soft touch to convert around the hoop with either hand. Ran the floor well and owned the interior both on the glass and defensively. Tremendous upside as he continues to develop his face-up game and ball-handling skills, of which he already showed he could grab the defensive rebound and take it coast-to-coast for the score. (JT)     Electric shooting guard with the ability to score at all three levels. Good athlete who mixed it up between knocking down silky-smooth pull-up jumpers from all distances and taking it strong to the hole and finishing through contact. Capable rebounder and didn't just look to score himself but also looked to get the ball to teammates for easy buckets. Battled some cramps late in the event but was still difficult to guard even playing at less than 100 percent. (JT)    Additional contributions from Andrew Gill
