High School Spotlight: Fishers Tigers

The season is still a few months away, but it is never too early to look ahead at the high school season. We will be taking a look at some quick hitters, the top player(s), a potential breakout player, other roster members, and more for the upcoming season. Senior guards [player_tooltip player_id='2140345' first='Cooper' last='Zachary'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2267046' first='Jason' last='Gardner Jr.'] return for one final season as they look to lead Fishers on another Class 4A state title run. Things may look a little different this year with Myles Ware officially taking over as head coach, but one thing won't change: the elite production Zachary and Gardner Jr. will bring to the backcourt. By now, everyone knows just how special this duo is, so my advice is simple—don't take this final season together for granted. This season, that player appears to be senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='2470635' first='Levi' last='Walker']. Walker has been trending upward for the better part of the last year, and this feels like the season where everything comes together for him, making an already loaded Fishers squad even more dangerous at the Class 4A level.
