June and July are always important months of separation in the recruiting landscape, so the new update to the rankings correlated with a handful of prospects making significant jumps upward on the heels of a standout summer. Keep reading for the most noteworthy stock-risers ranked from 20-50 in the new rankings.

One of the bigger X-factors in the upcoming Catholic League season, Lyn should be itching to get back on the floor after having his junior season stripped from him due to transfer restrictions. He's always had size and flashes of an improving skillset, but turned the corner this summer in a big way, making the transition from long-term prospect to present-day impact. Lyn plays somewhat of an old-school game, setting up shop on either block for what feels like an automatic bucket if he gets his man sealed on his back. He also shows nice passing feel and rim protection instincts, especially considering the lost reps he's had in the past year. D1 programs should be tracking him closely throughout the fall and winter.

Sharing a backcourt in both high school and AAU with our new top-ranked prospect, Jackson had no issue finding his role and making his presence felt in a big way on a number of big stages throughout the summer. Thriving in a handful of high-level matchups with mid-to-high major guards throughout June and July, he moved the needle from being on the D1 bubble to having a handful of offers to choose from. Jackson's ability to manage a game from the lead guard spot while knowing when to call his own number should bode well for his translation up in levels. He'll continue a recent pipeline from the Catholic League to Merrimack, announcing his commitment in early August.

Making a jump of 45 spots and with an argument to move even higher, Hamidu experienced a true breakthrough this summer after mostly developing in the background and biding his time since arriving to the U.S. from Ghana. Healthy and with an opportunity to play extended minutes for really the first time, he thrived within his role all summer while showcasing the rare natural tools he has with his size and mobility. Hamidu showed vastly improved timing around the rim on both ends of the floor while tapping into some increased athleticism as well. His hands can still be a bit shaky at times and his offensive game beyond catching and finishing remains a work in progress, but Hamidu is proving to be a worthy development bet for a D1 program to make, particularly given his strong academic profile.

Collins made it known quickly upon transferring from California last year that he'd be among the more exciting players in the state to watch. The dynamically explosive southpaw made a jump this summer in terms of playing under control and learning how to consistently apply his energy and athletic gifts in a structured game. He remains a pitbull of a two-way guard, changing games with his defensive intensity in the backcourt and keeping defenses on edge with the suddenness of his attack. Le Moyne offered in June and prioritized him over the rest of the summer, being rewarded with Collins' commitment earlier this month.

Jackson snuck into the top 50 with a jump of more than 15 spots from the last update, continuing a trend from the winter and spring of steady progression in his game. He's intrigued for some time now with his raw physical tools and defensive prowess, having continued to develop in both facets while making big strides in building out his overall skillset. He'll be a featured scorer for Upper Dublin this year which should continue to allow him to stretch the limits of his game. Young for his grade, Jackson could benefit from a post-grad year, but should be generating scholarship-level attention as things stand today with D1 upside down the line.

June and July are always important months of separation in the recruiting landscape, so the new update to the rankings correlated with a handful of prospects making significant jumps upward on the heels of a standout summer.
