The University of Oregon held its team camp the final weekend of June, and as always teams from all over the state from all classifications arrived in Eugene ready to compete. We love attending the event every year as it gives us a chance to see some of the teams from Central and Southern Oregon that we don't normally see as often as those from the Portland metro area. Here's a look at some of the top performers we saw on the second day of camp on the Saturday.

As talented an offensive player Leunen is with his ability to score from anywhere on the court, what impresses us the most about the rising senior forward is not only his ability but his willingness to make his teammates better. Whenever he got the ball, unless he was completely wide open at the hoop he almost always used his court vision to look for possible better shots for a teammate. In a win over Skyview (WA), he ended up tallying 17 points and 4 assists but was also a force on the boards with 7 rebounds and as always, was outstanding on defense, registering two blocked shots while guarding players both inside and on the perimeter.

The most explosive performance we saw on Saturday belonged to Miller, who amazingly made a 37-point game look effortless. The rising sophomore was absolutely on fire from three-point range, hitting them off the catch and on the move, eventually sinking nine daggers from deep. The wing glided to the hoop on drives to the hoop and was super high percentage getting it done in transition. Wherever he eventually suits up in the fall, there's no question Miller will be an all-league candidate type fo player.

A lot of the offensive load is going to be placed on the back of Hill this upcoming season and as we've seen previously in June, the rising junior is more than capable of taking that on. In an overtime win over Cleveland, the rangy wing used his length to both shoot over defenders from the perimeter and create and finish at the rim, with his aggressiveness translating over to the offensive boards as well. While scoring was no doubt his main goal, he capably shared the ball with teammates for their own opportunities too.

It's official - Ebenal will be with Ridgeview in 2026-27 and with UO Team Camp one of his first times suiting up with the Ravens, it looked like he had been with them for quite some time. The rising senior came off the bench in the two games we watched and he was instantly electric in both, using his shifty moves and hesitation dribbles to create with the ball in his hands, getting buckets for himself as well as setting up others. 16 points in a Saturday win over Skyview (WA).

From what we saw at UO Team Camp, one of the biggest sleepers in the 2027 class is undoubtedly Schartz. At 6-foot-5, his ability to score both inside and out, and a toughness and fearless, no-nonsense attitude, there's no question the rising senior should be getting more recruiting attention than he's currently getting. In a matchup against McDaniel, he showcased himself by hitting open perimeter jumpers, completing tough drives to the hoop through contact, and added a couple of jaw-dropping dunks in traffic over defenders. 32 points and 7 rebounds in a close loss.

Cascade Christian is making the jump up to the 4A level but the Challengers should be just fine with Holden leading the way. The rising junior swingman is well-built physically at 6-foot-4 and at UO Team Camp, fully used his strength but also his ball skills to be effective both in the paint and on the perimeter. In a blowout win over The Dalles, the rising junior showed off his diverse offensive abilities by knocking down a couple of threes, converting shots both in the mid-range and in the paint, and converted all his free throw attempts in registering a team-high 21 points.
