There's never a dull moment in New England hoops. With Worcester Academy, though, the Team Sims standout should be in a position where he can showcase his impressive downhill ability and his passing/finishing chops in the paint. Furthermore, playing in Worcester Academy's egalitarian system under Jamie Sullivan is sure to get Gibson to improve his ability off the ball and will likely make him play faster, which will be good for his college recruitment. Gibson feels like he's on the scholarship border and could certainly get plenty of looks with a good year at Worcester Academy this upcoming season.

Everything about Wheatley Jr. exudes high major talent. The 6-foot-7 wing is a lethal shooter from three but also has explosive athleticism once he gets downhill to the rim, so he's a matchup nightmare on the perimeter. He's a natural-born scorer off the dribble who has the athletic and physical profile of a future NBA player but also the skillset ready to impact winning at a high level right now. I haven't watched enough of Wheatley to know what kind of defender he is, but the Masters Academy International transfer has every tool in his toolbox necessary to be elite on that end. Wheatley Jr. already has high major offers but could rack up even more with a nice season at MAI.

Pace is as skilled as they come and is going to effectively and confidently run Brewster's offense this coming season. The 6-foot-2 guard just starred for WeR1 on the UA circuit, and now he'll have a chance to do so at one of the most historic prep schools in the country. He's a super under-control point guard with good vision and decision-making, but he also has a great-looking stroke and can make shots off the dribble from the mid-range or three. He doesn't have ridiculous athleticism at the rim, but he has a knack for using his off arm to throw the defense's balance off and create easy finishing opportunities for himself. Pace has a number of low-major D1 offers, but more could be coming after a productive year with Brewster.

Weaver played with Tilton at the Propurform showcase a while ago, but I wasn't sure that he was sticking with them because he didn't play with them during the NEPSAC's. Regardless, the integration of one of the best passers in New England is sure to improve Tilton's outlook. The 5-foot-10 guard comes from CT public school hoops (where he dominated) and BABC (where he showcased that he's one of the most exciting underclassmen guards in the region). With lob threats, athletic cutters, and shooters all around him, I expect Weaver to really excel and turn tons of heads with TIlton this upcoming season.

Landoure is the next big man in the line of impressive Bridgton Academy bigs, most recently Sylla. The 6-foot-10 NBA Africa Academy product has an elite blend of touch, footwork, and feel for his size. Though I haven't seen him play a full game, some of the offensive skill he showcased this past year should translate quite well to the NEPSAC when combined with his size. Landoure is already committed to Virginia but will be a key part of Bridgton's retooled roster that'll look a lot different than they did last year but has major prospects and should compete in AAA.

Buckley was a standout player for Thayer Academy last season but will transfer to Masters Academy International this upcoming year and will have a chance to get high level D1 looks as a result of playing at this level. The 6-foot-4 wing can excel as a ball-handler and creator with his ability to get into the mid range for jumpers and to the rim for athletic finishes, but he also provides value as a floor spacer because of his ability to make shots from three off the catch and keep the ball moving with his passing vision. Buckley already showed that he can effectively play at this level with how he showed out with Middlesex Magic's Varsity team during the July Live Periods, and now he'll have another chance to prove his worth for one of the most exciting prep basketball teams in the country.

Mozoul is a nice piece for CATS' front court. The former Vermont Academy forward has the physicality and athleticism of a D1 big, and he continues to get better every time I watch him. His ability to run the floor and catch passes has steadily improved, and I'll be curious whether he can make himself more of a threat from the perimeter with CATS. With tons of changes at CATS and a different coaching staff, Mozoul will have a chance to crack the rotation and get on the radar of more college coaches this upcoming season.

There's never a dull moment in New England hoops. Even when it seems like all of the rosters are cemented and we can start to sift through the newcomers and movement, there are always more shake-ups to come.
