He's an excellent rebounder on offense and defense. A majority of his offensive rebounds led to easy scores around the basket. Thaedian was a forceful presence on both ends of the court. He excelled at doing all the intangibles needed to help Trippz Hawai'i 15u obtain the victory over Hard Hoops 15u Grey. Thaedian set solid screens that freed up his teammates for high percentage looks at the basket. There were a couple of plays where he was able to score lay-ups off pick and roll plays at the rim. Defensively, he blocked shots and protected the paint by altering the driving attempts of Hard Hoops 15u Grey players. In my opinion, Thaedian is a team player who puts winning and success above all.

Cooper was a big-time presence in the paint on both offense and defense. He dominated in the post with a variety of moves. Cooper seemed to always have a mis-match in Saturday's game. He took full advantage by using a host of pump fakes, floaters and turn around jump-shots to get the job done. He also dominated the glass with double-digit rebounds. A majority of his offensive boards led to easy put-backs around the basket. The defensive rebounds he grabbed often led to outlet passes that started fast-break opportunities. There were moments in the game when Cooper extended his range outside the paint by knocking down numerous shots on the perimeter. Cooper is an excellent scorer who is capable of having a productive Sophomore season.

Jonah was the “glue guy” for Indiana Elite 14u Shepherd. He's a great rebounder who excels at doing the dirty work for the team. He effectively set solid screens that allowed his teammates to have open looks at the basket. Jonah is a hard working player who hustles all over the court. He was great at grabbing offensive rebounds and scoring around the basket. Where his talent really stood out, was on the defensive end of the court. Jonah turned away Michigan Ignition 15u players when they attacked the paint. His great timing allowed him to finish the game with 2 blocks. In my opinion, once Jonah develops more on offense, he could become a special player in the coming years.

I was thoroughly impressed with his production on both ends of the court. He's an aggressive rebounder who attacks the glass whenever he gets the chance. Dylan is the type of player who does everything for the team. If you need him to score, he'll get you a basket. He didn't look to be offensive minded but took full advantage of a mis-match in the paint. Dylan showed excellent passing skills. The passes he made out of double-teams resulted in high percentage shots for other teammates. He did a majority of his damage in the paint by dominating the offensive glass and scoring around the basket. Defensively, he protected the paint and blocked shots. Dylan is an excellent team player who is skilled enough to produce at a high level in the coming years.

Jayce is a hardworking player who hustles to make every play on the basketball court. He was all over the floor in the game Sunday morning. Jayce was a monster on the boards! Especially, on the offensive end of the court. The majority of his scores came by cleaning up his teammates' missed shots. Other rebounds gave Indiana Elite 14u Shepherd players second chance scoring opportunities. Jayce showed the ability to be a viable threat offensively. He beat bigger players off the dribble, scored in the paint and knocked down a three-pointer. Jayce showed great leadership by vocally communicating with teammates throughout the game. He played hard on both ends of the court. Of all the games I watched him play, Sunday's was the most energetic I have ever seen. Jayce made all the hustle plays. He rebounded, set screens, defended, blocked a shot and played with a fearless mentality. If he continues to show growth in high school, Jayce could become a very special player in the future.

Jonah was all hustle and heart. He gave maximum effort in every facet of the game, Whether it was scoring on offense, rebounding or playing defense, Jonah always found himself around the basketball. He showed his toughness by attacking the glass, scoring in the paint and battling larger players for rebounds. When Indiana Elite 14u Shepherd had an opportunity to score in transition, Jonah effectively scored when he received the pass. He also showed the capability of making three-pointers. When he had opportunities, he shot them with no hesitation. On defense, he gave maximum effort and forced a turnover. Jonah is a talented player who has time to improve his all-around game.

Maverick is a great scorer! Whether it was getting to the basket, converting shots from mid-range or knocking down three pointers, Maverick found ways to be effective within the Ohio Primetime Basketball 15u offense. He showed the ability to be a play-maker when he needed to be. There were moments in the game when he found teammates cutting to the basket. A majority of his passes led to easy shot conversions. Maverick is an excellent rebounder who had no problems attacking the glass. He successfully did this on both ends of the court. On multiple occasions, Maverick mixed it up with opposing players in the paint. As I said, Maverick is a scorer. He knocked down multiple threes, attacked the basket and played aggressively for the entirety of the game.

Kj is a shifty guard who had no issues getting whatever he wanted on the basketball court. He's an excellent ball handler, scorer, and play-maker. When he found himself isolated against opposing players, he used an excellent first step to beat them off the dribble. Either he scored or dished off passes when he drew in the defenders. Kj scored the ball in a variety of ways. Whether it was attacking the paint, knocking down mid-range shots, or extending his shooting range beyond the three-point line, he was tough to handle for the opposing defense. On defense, Kj excelled at pressuring opposing guards into mistakes or turnovers. KJ is an awesome player with a bright future ahead of him.
