He isn't a prospect you want to leave open on the perimeter, as he knocks down shots from 3 point land consistently. He also hits holes like a running back if there is one and gets out in transition. Defensively, Samuels can pick his opponents pocket and he'll help jump start fast breaks. From there he will lay it up, or dump it off to a forward for an easy bucket. He also had one of the top plays I saw on Sunday, converting an extremely tough reverse lay up as he fell to the ground. On the other end of the court, Smith pesters opponents with his lateral quickness and effort. Helping cause a few turnovers for MAC Elite. In addition to his standout play on offense, he covers ground at a rapid rate on defense. He didn't force anything that wasn't there early on, but then in the second half he found more chances to attack. He also gets to the line and is capable of scoring second chance points. While on defense, Beal stayed in position and kept his man in front of him.
