He plays the game with a ton of passion and it is contagious. His recent offer from Youngstown State is well deserved, and he is a prospect who should continue to draw significant attention from low and mid-major division one programs as his recruitment continues to gain momentum.     Smuda left a strong impression with his all-around play, providing valuable two-way production for his Uptown MHC squad. He competes with a relentless motor and has no hesitation sacrificing his body to make winning plays, whether diving for loose balls or battling through contact. His nose for the hustle plays consistently gave his team extra possessions and energy. Offensively, Smuda scored in a variety of ways, attacking the basket with confidence and earning frequent trips to the foul line. He also kept the offense flowing by moving the ball well in the half-court, making quick decisions and never allowing it to stick in his hands. With his toughness, versatility, and unselfish approach, Smuda is the type of player who positively impacts winning on both ends of the floor.     Abraham turned in a productive performance during the second game I watched him play over the weekend. He embraced his role and made a consistent impact by scoring efficiently around the basket, finishing plays without forcing the action. Defensively, he showed good timing as a rim protector, contesting shots effectively while also using his instincts to jump passing lanes and create turnovers. The biggest key to his continued development is consistency. If he can continue stacking productive performances and maintain this level of play on a regular basis, his stock will continue to rise. Abraham is a prospect who should be on the radar of division two programs and prep schools, and a move to the class of 2028 could provide additional time for his game to develop and further elevate his recruiting profile.     Lee is a physically imposing forward who has a knack for making his presence felt in every facet of the game. He has a nose for the basketball, consistently finding himself around the action and converting high-percentage scoring opportunities. Whether crashing the glass, finishing around the rim, or capitalizing on loose balls, Lee has a relentless approach that leads to productive outings. He is especially effective in the two-man game, setting solid screens and rolling hard to the basket, where he finishes with strength and efficiency. Defensively, his timing stands out, as he does an excellent job altering shots and protecting the rim without being overly aggressive. Already holding several division two offers, Lee is a prospect who deserves to be firmly on the radar of low-major Division I programs, while division one junior colleges should also be heavily involved in his recruitment.     Ellis showcased his ability to fill it up offensively and proved he can heat up in a hurry whenever the ball is in his hands. He scored at all three levels, knocking down shots from beyond the arc while also attacking the paint with confidence to create quality looks for himself. Beyond his scoring, Ellis displayed good court vision, consistently finding teammates in different spots on the floor and creating scoring opportunities with his passing. His all-around offensive skill set makes him a difficult matchup, as he can impact the game as both a scorer and facilitator. After earning a division two offer from Caldwell earlier in the week, Ellis appears to be gaining momentum on the recruiting trail. With his continued development and offensive versatility, he should see a significant uptick in his recruitment over the next year.     Brown is an electric guard who thrives by bullying his way to the rim and putting constant pressure on opposing defenses. He embraces physicality, using his strong frame to finish through contact while creating quality scoring opportunities off the bounce. Brown is also an advanced playmaker, capable of threading difficult passes and finding teammates in tight windows. His athleticism is exceptional, giving him the ability to make highlight-reel plays in the blink of an eye on both ends of the floor. In the half-court, he uses ball screens effectively, changes speeds with ease, and keeps defenders off balance with his ability to shift gears on the attack. With his combination of strength, explosiveness, playmaking, and downhill scoring ability, Brown possesses a college-ready frame that should allow for a smooth transition to the next level.
