Davis routinely broke down defenders off the dribble, forcing help rotations and creating quality scoring opportunities for both himself and his teammates. Green also separated himself on the defensive end, where his instincts, activity, and competitiveness consistently disrupted opposing guards and created extra possessions. His handle allowed him to create advantages off the dribble, and he did an excellent job initiating offense and keeping his team organized. He consistently made the correct read, controlled the pace, and showed excellent feel for when to create for teammates versus when to look for his own shot. Lammie paired his playmaking instincts with reliable perimeter shooting, giving defenses multiple problems to solve every possession. The son of Rajon Rondo, he displayed many of the same floor-general qualities, consistently setting the tone with his poise, pace, and command of the offense. Rondo's court vision was exceptional, routinely delivering passes that led teammates directly into scoring opportunities while keeping the offense flowing. He made sound decisions with the ball, controlled the tempo, and showed all the intangibles coaches look for in a true point guard.
