Lock in now!    Schrecengost has been the definition of consistency at Standley Lake, and now the spotlight is bright for him as the Gators' veteran leader. With three years of varsity experience, he enters his senior season ready to take another leap after averaging 11.0 points, 6.1 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 3.8 steals per game. He is a high IQ guard who makes everything click offensively, controls the tempo and constantly puts teammates in positions to succeed. Add in his ability to score at all three levels, and he is one of the more complete guards in the class. The biggest area to watch is his three point shooting. If that percentage climbs, expect Schrecengost to become one of the state's toughest guards to defend and a major riser this season     Morris enters his senior season at Grandview with plenty of attention, and for good reason. He has developed into one of the state's more dynamic guards, capable of taking over a game whenever his team needs it. Whether he's creating offense for himself or setting up teammates with his outstanding vision, Morris impacts every possession. Last season proved he can put together explosive scoring performances while still keeping everyone involved. His ability to control the pace, attack defenses and make winning plays makes him one of the more dangerous backcourt players in Colorado. Expectations are high because he has all the tools to lead Grandview, post huge numbers and cement himself among the elite guards in the 2027 class     Enriquez may still be flying under the radar, but don't expect that to last much longer. After averaging 13.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.9 assists last season at Stargate, he enters the year poised for a breakout campaign. A confident shooter with deep range, Enriquez never hesitates when he gets a clean look and has the ability to heat up in a hurry. He is equally effective attacking downhill, using his strong left hand to get into the paint and finish or create opportunities for teammates. On the defensive end he competes with relentless energy, forcing turnovers, disrupting passing lanes and making life difficult on opposing guards. His two way impact makes him one of the more intriguing senior guards to watch this season     Odie steps into his senior season with the opportunity to become the centerpiece of Doherty's success. With the Spartans graduating their top three scorers, the offense will lean heavily on him, but he has shown he is more than capable of embracing that role. We've watched his game steadily evolve, and he now possesses the complete skill set to be a go to guard. His tight handle, explosive first step and ability to attack the rim make him difficult to contain, while defenders who give him space will quickly pay the price from beyond the arc. Defensively Odie plays with passion, confidence and relentless intensity, setting the tone with his energy. If he continues his upward trajectory, expect him to emerge as one of the state's biggest senior risers     Gurney has all the tools to emerge as the leader Riverdale Ridge will rely on this season. With the ball in his hands he is confident, poised and capable of making the right read against any defense. He consistently breaks down defenders off the dribble, creates opportunities for himself and his teammates, and plays with a pace that keeps defenses guessing. Throughout the summer he proved he can score against quality competition while growing more confident every time he stepped on the floor. Now the challenge is carrying that momentum into the high school season. If he maintains that aggressive mindset and embraces the leadership role, Gurney has the potential to put together a breakout senior campaign and lead Riverdale Ridge to a successful year
