June is here, and that means summer team camps and shootouts are officially underway across South Carolina. Stop #2 of week one took me back to Spartanburg County, where the Wofford Team Camp was being held. This event is usually one of the biggest of the month, and it brings in talent from across the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Georgia to compete in front of the Terriers' Staff. Whether it was earning interest from Head Coach Kevin Giltner, leaving a last impression with a rankings update on the horizon, or looking to earn a bigger role within their team, these five players stood out on Thursday and boosted their stock with strong play.

Fresh off a huge performance out west at the Pangos All-American Camp, Frashad Tisby was back with Cross Creek High School at the Wofford Team Camp on Thursday. Tisby holds offers from Auburn, South Carolina, Belmont, and Harvard, among several others, so he was definitely one the Wofford staff was looking to get eyes on. He had a balanced performance in a matchup with South Carolina State Champion Ridge View on Thursday, racking up tons of steals and assists by doing his job defensively and looking to get his teammates going offensively.

Williams is a North Carolina prospect who has some interest from Wofford. He received his first D1 offer from Incarnate Word back in March, but it certainly won't be his last based on what I've seen from him in the spring and today with Hickory Ridge. Travien is a handful when he puts his head down and wants to get to the rim. He glides around the floor with speed, strength, and athleticism, but he's a good enough playmaker to elevate the level of play of his teammates and an efficient enough shooter to punish defenses that leave him open from three.

Peyton and the Timberwolves matched up with Williams and the Ragin' Bulls on day one, and Jennings was a bright spot in the loss. He put up 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists, scoring or assisting on over half of his team's points. With the South Carolina Class of 2027 Rankings set to update on Monday, it was good to see Peyton back in this setting after a strong spring with CPB, despite the loss today. His downhill driving ability, strength through contact, and playmaking ability were all on display, and he will certainly see his stock rise next week.

In the hunt for more playing time as a junior, it was encouraging to see the flashes from Peters today. He can still have moments where he looks raw off-the-ball defensively and with 3+ dribbles, but when he's allowed to play without thinking, it is clear to see the ceiling. Kaleb scored 8 points in a matchup with Cross Creek: a short-corner two, a transition layup, a strong finish in the paint, and an athletic offensive putback. Once he can put all the pieces together consistently, Peters will only add to the supreme talent on the Blazers' roster.

Rounding out the list of prospects who boosted their stock on day one of the Wofford Team Camp is [player_tooltip player_id='2816680' first='Kyler' last='Fair']. Today was the first look at Fair in a new jersey, after he transferred over from White Knoll. However, he looked right at home in the new offense. Kyler was an effective secondary playmaker with a couple of tough buckets off the bounce and some excellent passes to set up teammates. It will be a hard task to replace all the production that the Falcons lost from a year ago, but if Kyler can continue to stack performances like he did today, it will be a huge boost to his squad.
